Exceptional
The location is perfectly situated nearby the airport and you can easily use the Shuttle to get to the hotel. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the rooms were very clean, shower worked really well and the room just has all you need. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay close to the airport.

Location was good. Room was also good but I could hear people's voices or noise from hall quite well. That said, once all the noise is gone, it was really quiet, as the area itself is quiet even though it is closed to the airport.
I don't have much to say, but there was a tiny gap between the shower glass door and the floor, so the water came out from the shower room easily which made the bathroom floor wet.

Room was clean, remodeled. Nice patio area. 10 minutes from the airport.
Needed adaptors to use the electricity. Bathroom floor was very wet after showering. Mirror in bathroom was not bright enough to put on make up. Room was too warm for sleeping.

The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived late and the chef stayed late to cook us a pizza so we could have something to eat. The parking lot was large and had great sized parking spaces. The room was spacious and clean and it had air conditioning. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It was very convenient getting to the airport in the morning. The location was nice and quiet. We loved it!

This is a very cute hotel. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated (including the bathroom) and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having air conditioning, a refrigerator, you could make your own coffee & tea in the room. I saw there was a restaurant but I did not have time to use it. It was a very good experience staying here.
One drawback was having to walk to another hotel down the street dragging your suitcase to catch a shuttle bus to and from the airport. But at least you could get to the airport without calling a taxi. I also asked when I checked in for wake up call the next morning so I would not be late to the airport and nobody bothered to knocked on my door to remind me. Good thing I had my phone set as a back up.

The room was comfortable and cool on a hot day.
Construction on the road outside made things noisier than usual. I thought it was strange that the shuttle from the airport was free but the shuttle back to the airport was 6 euros.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it advertised a free airport shuttle. When I asked about the shuttle, the front desk told me the driver was on a break from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. As a result, I had no choice but to spend €20 on an Uber to get to the airport. Ironically, just as my Uber arrived, the hotel shuttle pulled up. Had I been given accurate information, I could have used the shuttle and avoided this unnecessary expense. To make matters worse, I was also given incorrect information about the shuttle itself. I was told it was a red bus, so I stood outside for approximately 30 minutes looking for the wrong vehicle. This poor communication caused unnecessary confusion, wasted my time, and ultimately cost me money. Even after I explained what had happened, there was little effort to resolve the situation or make up for the inconvenience. Better customer service would have included some gesture of goodwill or an offer to help in another way. Overall, the communication was extremely poor, and it turned what should have been a simple airport transfer into a frustrating and expensive experience.

It’s close to a shuffle for the airport. The rooms are nice. It’s a small hotel so it has charm.
Some of the staff was lost in translation and didn’t understand what I was communicating. They could work on the diplomatic approach.

Proximity to the airport and staff.
We stayed in the apartment and really loved the layout and overall setup. While it wasn’t necessarily dirty, there were spider webs in several areas, which made it feel like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. The air conditioning worked well enough during our stay, but if the weather had been any hotter, the units likely would not have been sufficient to keep the apartment comfortably cool.

A small hotel with big personality, it has been my favorite for years. Located on the edge of a lovely, walkable town. Family atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean, with a nice restaurant (outdoor seating, too!), bar, and a good buffet breakfast.
The airport shuttle only hoes to the Ramada across the road, a short walk but can be a problem in bad weather and/or with lots of baggage. Also for anyone who has difficulty walt.
