Great location. Walkable to so many things. Cozy and clean room, perfect for a solo traveler. Staff was so helpful. I lost my phone while there and Khalid (sp?) went it of his way to help me. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing, although if anyone has trouble with steep stairs, they should check w the hotel beforehand to find the right accommodations

Cozy place, clean room met expectations. I felt welcomed by friendly staff and small details in service. Perfect location.
I traveled in November so the room was cold, the air conditioner did not help to warm the room. Also there’s a school or something nearby so the kids start yelling at 7 am and don’t stop for hours - obviously not the property’s responsibility but may be taken into account if you’re not an early bird:)

The Dutch Pancakes in the Breakfast Room (by request) are absolutely divine! Staff was helpful and friendly! Very close to buses and trams and near some of the more popular museums. The shower pressure was Amazing!
If I had to pick one thing, it would be the children at the nearby school playing outside during recess in the morning. Now, I absolutely slept soundly during my entire stay, but it might be a challenge for lighter sleepers.

Location was amazing. Room was quiet and clean. Supermarket was only 5 mins away. Tram was less than 2 mins. Eateries were 10 mims walk.

This hotel is a cozy little spot close to the tram and Van Gogh museum. It's in a great location. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great location and lovely staff. Tidy and friendly.
Our economy room was below ground level, facing the street, so couldn't really open the curtains because people would be able to peek inside. And there is a play ground and primary school directly next door, so quite noisy in the morning. I think the normal rooms are a better choice!

The room was really big, homely and comfortable with all the facilities needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is really close to the museum quarter, with a tram stop just around the corner, so it’s easy to get to central station
Old windows in the room meant it was quite noisy in the daytime (for an afternoon nap after an early flight!) as there is a school next to the hotel with lots of children playing out, but not a problem at night as the area is quiet then
