Good place for the price, if you looking for somewhere clean and in center and to sleep, it is the correct place. Not many facilities or would not give 5/5 for comfy but I was happy end of the day.

The best museums are within a few minutes' walk and the transport links were excellent.
The main problem was that the kitchen closed earlier than advertised and the receptionist did not clarify the situation. They could not apologize for the misinformation. The walls of room 10 (ground floor) are next to the main entrance of the building. You could hear the main entrance opening and closing all night. The light on the facade with the word "Hotel" is on next to the room windows and there is a slight electrical noise at night. It can be disturbing... The hotel is not accessible to disabled people.

Excellent location very close to museums and in a nice residential area. Breakfast was fantastic!
Staff were a little slow in responding to the bell at the front door and desk.

Great location. Walkable to so many things. Cozy and clean room, perfect for a solo traveler. Staff was so helpful. I lost my phone while there and Khalid (sp?) went it of his way to help me. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing, although if anyone has trouble with steep stairs, they should check w the hotel beforehand to find the right accommodations

Cozy place, clean room met expectations. I felt welcomed by friendly staff and small details in service. Perfect location.
I traveled in November so the room was cold, the air conditioner did not help to warm the room. Also there’s a school or something nearby so the kids start yelling at 7 am and don’t stop for hours - obviously not the property’s responsibility but may be taken into account if you’re not an early bird:)

The Dutch Pancakes in the Breakfast Room (by request) are absolutely divine! Staff was helpful and friendly! Very close to buses and trams and near some of the more popular museums. The shower pressure was Amazing!
If I had to pick one thing, it would be the children at the nearby school playing outside during recess in the morning. Now, I absolutely slept soundly during my entire stay, but it might be a challenge for lighter sleepers.

Location was amazing. Room was quiet and clean. Supermarket was only 5 mins away. Tram was less than 2 mins. Eateries were 10 mims walk.
