This place was so sweet! The staff, each one of them were extremely helpful, kind and very pleasant. The beds were great, the bathroom spacious and good water pressure. And they have a lift! I would come back here in a minute!! Loved it but really it was the people they employed that made it so special. Being so close to the museum was a plus and the fance shopping just a vlock away!

Safe and easily accessible location. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious.
There wasn't a person stationed at the front desk. When I rang the bell, someone came out right away to check me in. It was fine, I just didn't know about it in advance.

We liked the location of Hotel Fita. Close to museums and several restaurants.
The room we were given was very noisy. The front door was next to the room and we heard people coming in and going out. Having stayed at Hotel Fita many years ago, it was not nearly as friendly as in the past. Shout out to Thos who ran the breakfast area. He was kind, helpful and engaging.

Great location, bed comfortable. Nice to have breakfast but expensive, could have had fewer choices and charged less
There is no lobby sitting area so when we were early to check in or met our guide there is no where to sit & talk. There are many stairs into hotel from street. When we left to meet out Uber w/ luggage no one helped us at all altho were standing right there. We are in our late 70s

Amazing hotel !! Highly recommended, super comfortable all the facilities and the breakfast is super fresh and varied, different options. The hotel staff everyone was really kind and friendly. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the center but far away from all the noisy streets, the hotel is located one block away from the van gogh museum

Upon arrival the staff was great, informal but very accommodating. Our room looked over the streets so we could see everyday life. The location is fantastic! A short walk to the Rijksmuseaum and the Van Gough museum, and next to tram lines into the central city. We really fell in love with Amsterdam. Staff even did 2 loads of laundry for us at very reasonable price (10 euro per full bag).

This is a wonderful hotel. I usually don’t do reviews, but I make an exception here. Great location near the museums and the main No. 2 tram that takes you right downtown. Better yet, near a wonderful restaurant row of tons of pedestrian only zones where you can wonder at night for your dinner spot. Finally, a great breakfast. It has it all.

Excellent location. Room was very big. Shower and bathroom were quite modern. Room got clean towels every day. Bathroom cleaned; bed made every day. It was very quiet at night. I felt very safe in the hotel and the area (Museumplein) as a lone woman.
The very small things I wish were different were: the scrambled eggs at breakfast were almost runny but hey tasted good; there was nowhere to sit outside of the room. I would have liked a lounge area of some kind; and it would be nice to have a small frig in the room since the Dutch don’t use ice much.

Great location, close to museums, park, and public transportation. The room was clean and quiet. Morning breakfast was perfect!
Lighting in the bathroom could be improved for makeup application, but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay!

Wonderful
We stayed for six nights. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Alexandra (one of the managers) and Lemmiya (breakfast room cook and manager), and the others as well (sorry, can't remember the names). They were very responsive to any problem we had.
The breakfast was ample, fresh, and tasty every day.
The location was absolutely perfect - right next to the Musemplein and very convenient to public transportation.
Unfortunately the regular cleaning staff was on vacation during our stay and the cleaning company that took their place didn't do the best job, though the room was far from dirty. Again, Alexandra dealt very well with the problems that arose.
The breakfast could have been a bit more varied (e.g. hard boiled in addition to scrambled eggs).
