The location was perfect for our first time in Amsterdam.
I feel it was very over priced for our tiny room. Each morning at the expensive buffet breakfast the server reminded us we had to leave in 45 minutes. I did not appreciate the rush or abrupt way she spoke to us.

Great location, quality fixtures and fittings. Comfy environment and friendly staff
Only downside was our room had a very high sided bath to negotiate to get in to shower and I have some mobility issues. Apparently some rooms have walk in showers, I should have asked

Everything. The decor, the staff and the location. Plus the cats. They bring such a homey touch to the hotel and everyone loved them.
I would have like a wider offering of white wine at the bar. My preference is NZ Sauvignon Blanc and could only get Pinot Grigio which I didn’t like.
