Loved the decor of the hotel, the extreme attention to detail. The location was fantastic for access to all the tourist sights. Breakfast was great, but I didn’t like having to book for a specific time the day before. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The room was as I expected, and the size of the bathroom was a nice surprise.
Didn’t like having a shower over the bath - the bath was quite high and I found it difficult to get into and out of - also, there are no rails on the shower wall to assist with entry or exit of the shower. This makes it a bit dangerous, and at one point I almost slipped over. I suggest one rail, and one shelf in the shower would improve things.

It is a beautiful hotel and in a fantastic part of the city. It was close to the metro and we had a canal view that was extra special.

It was a magical hotel it felt like something out of a fairy tale. The room was kept clean and comfortable and the lobby area was beautiful. We loved the breakfast and how close it was to the canals. There was even an adorable Photo Booth right around the corner.

I absolutely loved my stay. it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, charming welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and excellent service.

Quirkiness , eclectic decor and high quality furnishings. Excellent location on one of the best canals and lovely view from bedroom. A gift of swanky bedroom slippers and perfume sample were a nice touch .
Welcome could have been a little warmer and breakfast a little pricy. Far too much rubbish on the street outside - not hotel's fault but apparently the aftermath of King's Day celebrations.

The reception staff are absolutely amazing! We spent 2 days and really felt welcome by everyone. Design on the hotel is really interesting and the location is top tier.
