It’s such a gorgeous, cosy hotel with lots of character. Staff are fabulous and accommodating. Great location but still quiet at night.
Couldn’t get the TV to stream my TV apps as TV was all Dutch, but I could have rung reception to ask for help and chose not to as I had my laptop. Would suggest an easier streaming service in future.

The location is nice and the hotel decoration is amazing
The reception staff are very poor didn’t trained how to deal with guests with very very bad attitude, all staff in the reception are young with no experience
The night shift and the morning shift are horrible
Which leads me to make check out after my first night to go to another hotel although i paid already for 3 nights
I do not recommend anyone to book and stay in this hotel

This hotel was the best i ve ever stayed in Amsterdam, location is the best. Ambience of the room was stunning we felt like we are staying in a palace, amenities were very nicely selected nothing is random in this hotel everything makes you feel special.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam! I loved how the decor for each room is unique. The amenities were great and the staff were helpful.
The room keys are very bulky and you need to drop off and pick them up at the front desk every time you leave the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly, beds were extremely comfortable. Love the self serve, coffee, machine, and pastry treats. Breakfast was very good, although not included in the price of the room.

Good location. Lovely room with lots of storage. Comfortable bed and linens. Great coffee machine in the lobby and snacks.
The toilet room was too far from the bathroom with the sink. The wood cupboards were too noisy. There was only one window in the room. Only one luggage rack. Breakfast was not included.
