The stairs are extremely steep and narrow. Quite hazardous.

Great location Lovely room and bathroom Very clean No staff at premises but still able to interact very easily with them on screen.
Just be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy bags that if you have a room up a few floors the stairs are narrow and would be difficult if you struggle

Stairs a bit tricky, but ok for us. A bit of intrusive noise from the room above.

The room was perfect for our needs as a group of 3 women. I loved the security of the place. The beautiful decor and the friendly staff. We loved that we were able to store our luggage after checking out.
No coffee provided with the coffee machine. Unexpected to not have actual people receiving us in the building. However we got used to that.

Great location. Some charm. Felt relatively clean.
Impersonal. What looked like black mold around windows. Noisy. Didn’t feel totally secure. Very expensive for what it was.

it wasn't really a hotel, which I was expecting. A hotel has a reception with people. It has a bar. The rooms are not on the ground floor next to the entrance.

We were very disappointed to find out that the "24h reception" was essentially a 3D screen, from where you call and see the receptionists that worked in another place (and most probably for several hotels at the same time...). This felt very weird and artificial and I think that its a case where budget cutting has gone too far - it really feels rather dystopic. I have to note however that the receptionist staff were great and tried their best, in this very unfriendly system. On another topic, in terms of cleanliness, the top cover of the bed had quite a few visible dot stains. Lastly the coffee machine in the room was most definitely not in working condition.
