Great location, & easy to find. Lovely decor, soft & relaxing big bed which slept two of us plus a baby comfortably. Love the attention to detail. Really cool virtual assistance!
The stairs going up from the ground floor should have a second banister/railing for extra safety when going up/down. Carpet needs the be cleaned.

Cosy and clean room. Clean bed and good sized bathroom.
Hot water was not very hot in the morning but warm enough (just). Would be great to have a small desk or something to work from but might be incompatible with room size.

Good coffee in the room, comfy bed, nice and chilled location
The room was tiny, not a lot of space to use, also the staircase is super narrow so going up a number of floors with a suitcase is tricky and quite dangerous since the steps are small and you can't place your foot comfortably (and there's no elevator).

It's well located
It is way smaller than it appears in the pictures which makes it not comfortable for two people with luggage - as it does not have storage. Not only does it not have an elevator, the stairs are minuscule and there is no staff to help, so if you have a bit of mobility limitations, you will struggle.

Super clean, staff friendly and accomodating. Esp. with temporary bag storage. Location very nice.
Note that stairs in Amsterdam are VERY steep, large bags can be challenging to get to 4th floor.

It is within walking distance of the historic city centre.
The photos do not accurately represent the room you may actually be assigned. I booked a room for three people, but we were given only one double bed. We were told that the bed was large enough for all of us to sleep in, and we were not offered any alternative. We were travelling with a toddler, yet we were placed on the top floor. There is no lift, so carrying a stroller up and down the stairs was very inconvenient. The price is far too high for the type of room and the conditions provided. Check-in and assistance are handled by a hologram. Where is the human touch and customer service? The room was dirty; there were plastic bottles and rubbish left behind by previous guests. Our complaints were not addressed or resolved.

Great location Lovely room and bathroom Very clean No staff at premises but still able to interact very easily with them on screen.
Just be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy bags that if you have a room up a few floors the stairs are narrow and would be difficult if you struggle
