Wonderful
Bed was comfortable and it was easy to regulate the temperature of the room. Even though there was not a lot of room, there was enough for what we needed. It was a quaint and unique room. The location of the hotel was perfect to find good food and it was within walking distance to several attractions.
We could hear the people above us walking constantly. I do not know how many people were up there but it seemed like they did nothing but walk.

Great location and a clean, comfy room. Check in was done remotely but it was very easy, simple and staff were available if needed. The location is lovely, both central but also quiet.
As is the case in most of Amsterdam, things are a little small. I'm quite tall and didn't hit my head, but at the same time anyone with less mobility may struggle to get around. Not really the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind.

The room was pretty nice but quite small. I only stayed 1 night so it was fine.
There’s no real reception, it’s a virtual assistant and it’s on the hallway. It’s a pretty weird feeling. Also, it’s a very narrow walk up, hard to carry bags.

Location was very good with easy access to cafes, bars and restaurants. It is in a very walkable part of town.
Room was a little tight for a family of 4 with few suitcases even though we had booked the family room with 4 beds.

The location was great.
We got there at around 15:30 and the room wasn’t ready even though it written that we could check in from 15:00. It took about 45 minutes for the room to be ready. The virtual reception was rude and didn’t help us. We contacted the hotel via email and were promised a 10% compensation. Till this day we didn’t receive the money and they won’t return my emails. The virtual reception makes an expensive stay feel cheap and an attempt of the owner to save money. I don’t recommend.

Location was fantastic. In the middle of the old section right where you need to be.
The steep narrow stairs which are typical of these old charming buildings can be a challenge. Be sure to request a ground floor unit if this is you.

I really loved the location! It was so easy to get around the city. Overall, the room was clean, bathroom was great, AC was a plus, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was super easy and the staff were easy to communicate with both before via email and during my stay via the hologram.
Being an older building (I’m assuming), you will hear people who are walking in the hall and up/down the stairs, so it can be a bit noisy. Although I felt safe, I did wish the door had a deadbolt for extra precaution since there is not a receptionist or security guard on site. The door was automatic and you just had to trust that it was locked from the outside.
