Location great and easy to get to. Staff super friendly. Apartment very clean.
Apartment very small and single bed very small. No fridge in room, although staff were more than happy to store items in their fridge.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms are so clean, beautifully decorated and super cosy! Great location, really handy for walking and using the tram. Staff are so pleasant! All round 10/10. Will definitely be back!

We really liked our stay here. It's a small hotel with narrow staircases and no lift but that wasn't an issue for us at all. The location is great, walkable to a lot of things and great restaurants nearby. The room was nice and comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to different parts off the city. Easy to get to and find. Had loads of hot water, aircon, comfortable bed and enough space for you to spread out a bit. We preferred to open the windows to let in the cooler air so it was nice that the windows allowed us to do that. The receptionist was very kind. We flew in early and we were able to store our bags at 0900 until we could check in at 1500. She checked us in when we did that and gave us our keys for when we came back. We’re were on the 3rd floor (4th if your American) and when we came back to get into our room, our bags were brought up for us!
If you’re looking for a place with a lot of amenities or something a little closer to city center, I’d look elsewhere. We really didn’t need that as we were out the door in the morning and came back in the evening and we love to walk. It was perfect for that. People may struggle as there are only small stairs (this is included in the hotel’s description and we knew about).
