Nice staff, very clean and great location. Bed very comfy.
They have the slowest lifts on the planet but it provided more giggles than stress.

Great location. Room very spacious. Good sized bathroom. Modern attire.
Very noisey from street / all night. Property did not have a reception area to sit down which is weird. Reception staff not overly friendly hence cold atmosphere. I like to sit in a hotel lobby rather than my room. Restaurant closed due to renovations. No fresh water given.

Grate place nice size rely clean and compatible grate staff
Bad smell from the sewage pipes some times. but that is pretty standard all over over Amsterdam.

Can’t get better. Location is amazing, literally around the corner to the square, shopping, restaurants and Centraal. Staff amazing. Beds super comfortable. Modern fit out and great service. Great sound proofing - we were on the first floor and heard nothing from the street. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is a gem, the location first off is excellent, centrally located and near pretty everything, shops, restaurants, attractions and is very close to Centraal Station with a tram stop right outside the door! The staff were a stand out, everyone we interacted with was very kind and welcoming, especially at reception. The room was a decent size and we enjoyed the free stroopwafels gift left on the bed for the hotel's anniversary which was a nice touch. Very clean room as well. Bathroom facilities were also great. We would love to stay again!
The bed was large however the mattress for us was slightly uncomfortable and kept sliding a bit off the bed frame! Could hear some noise upstairs at night for a small period of time but stopped.

Friendly staff. Very conveniently placed for exploring the city with tram stops just outside the hotel
