Clean hotel, pleasant staff Location is good for local amenities
More hot breakfast options would be good (but I am English and would prefer a fry up to chocolate sprinkles on bread) I arrived at breakfast at around 8 each day and found that it had obviously been extremely busy shortly before as food, cups and plates were low or exhausted but staff were refilling.

Nice spacious room with coffee maker and plenty of room to hang clothes. Good shower.

The Hotel is very neat. Just 10mins from the Train station. There are restaurants,bars,and shopping malls around. Located in a Very Peaceful environment.

The bathroom need extra attention. And the bedspread was not clean the sofa had a broken foot so I guess a supervisor should check the rooms before guest arrives

The hotel is beautiful. The architect did a great job designing the lobby, the restaurant, and the bar. The hotel is located on the main street in a cosy quiet new picturesque and very green town. I had a large room with a very well-equipped kitchen (with a real large refrigerator), a big bathroom with a shower cabin and a tub, with the view on the avenue. The room was very clean: the freezer of the fridge was clean of ice; - congratulations for being attentive to details! If the guest has problems climbing stairs, do inform the reception so that you get a room accessible by elevator. The location is excellent, not far from Keukenhof,(the highlight of the Netherlands in spring), from the airport and from the Hague, Delft and Dordrecht (by car), the most attractive places when it comes to visit Holland. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of dishes, a variety of fresh bread, cold cuts, omelettes, fresh juice. A very good quality coffee is made by a high tech machine, keeping all the aroma in the cup. If you come by car, the hotel has a large private parking just in front of the entrance.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience. There is nothing to be unhappy with. The reason I could not mark "10" on the rating is related to, among others: The lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough, and the room's interior design... not special... all in all, I would choose to come back anytime!

The location was great.
The beds were super uncomfortable and the rooms were really hot, we received winter blankets whilst there were summer temperatures and the rooms were super noisy. You could here people on the hallways easily, caused some members of the group to wake up intermittently.

It was a simple room, but a big room and a nice rain shower. There are a few grocery stores in the area which is a 5 minute walk where you can get pretty good breakfast or other necessities.
Despite a big bed, it was quite hard. But that might be just personal preference.

Spacious modern room, free parking place, supermarket and shops in a short drive.
Probably, it is time to change coffee-machine in the room, because we had rather water with the taste of coffee, but not coffee. There are side lights in the room, bed-lights and one lamp, but we missed some light in the area with sofa.
