The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is convenient, close to public transportation, shopping and entertainment venues.
There is no air conditioning in the room and on hot days this makes the stay difficult.

The staff were super nice, friendly, responsive and helpful The toilet broken but it was fixed in minutes. We flew in early and the rooms were ready for an early checkin. The beds were great. While the facilities were limited, we had a great stay and the location worked really well.

The hotel was very good, you can also visit the tourist attractions in Amsterdam by walking. However, the tram stations were only two minutes away on foot. It was very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very kind and they came to help us with a taxi to return to the airport.
the only problem was the walls, you could hear everything from the next room.

How customer oriented the staff are. We felt right at home!
Lack of mini fridges in the rooms, but we were able to leave our vegan specific items in one of their fridges in the breakfast room.

The location was very good and walkable to everything we wanted to do
The rooms were old. Carpets with stains on the floor, old ceiling that even had spider web at some points, old curtain in the bathroom instead of glass that is shown on photos. Also the soundproofing of the hotel was terrible

Location was ok.
There are rats in the room! I informed the hotel and was told I should not have food in the room!?!? This is an unreasonable statement. Never have I experienced or heard of any hotel that deny guests from having food in room! Traveler/Tourist for sure will buy some local produce at some point. Whatever the case, hotel can never have any good excuse or justification for having rats manifestation in their property! Period. Despite the nasty rats encounter, I would like to give my compliments to front desk David who was super friendly and helpful.

Comfy room with nice features and coffee. Good shower and bathroom. Radiator and windows for temperature control
Double room was actually two single beds pushed together which was annoying though this may be the fault of booking.com
