Good
Excellent location.
The air conditioning in the room did not work. The photos do not reflect what the room is actually like. There is no window facing outside. Instead, one wall is made of glass and faces the corridor, with a curtain for privacy. In effect, you are paying more than €200 for a room with no outside window and no working air conditioning

Wonderful
coffee and tea provided in room. Breakfast was substantial and good value. A wonderful bar and food hall next door were very convenient. Staff very helpful and pleasant
no windows in the hotel bedroom. A long walk into centre of Amsterdam, but trams were convenient

Strange to have the huge bathtub
Often understaffed. Corporate fault, not the workers who were great.
