Good location (for what little I know about Amsterdam). Nice bar but the person running it didn't seem to know much about it. Limited selection. Interesting building and spacious room.
While I understand the buildings history (very cool) and I loved the concrete floors they had black dirt makes in places in the rooms. It was hard to tell if they were under a seal or not. While my room wasn't as bad another person in our group had one that just looked dirty.

Very different setup. Bathrooms were super spacious.
Bedrooms could use some bright lighting. It was kind of dark. Front desk lady got nicer as the stay went on but the day we got there she was bit rude.

Wonderful
Hotel located in an old tram shed and had a food hall, library, art gallery and cinema close by. Although a good 30 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal, a number 17 tram gets you close to the hotel. The hotel is modern, quirky but spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with a large bathroom, safe, hairdryer and coffee machine in thd room.
The staff were very friendly and the buffet-style breakfast had a a great variety of food to suit most tastes.
Really liked the hotel however, two small points, there were no USB points in the room ( even though it did have UK and EU plug sockets) and the powdered milk in the rooms for drinks wasn't great...

Hip vibe in the reception / lobby area, good for sitting, reading etc
Breakfast was mediocre, coffee machine in room didn't work. Booking of bicycles didn't go well, told to come back later (bit rude!) then stunned with a 400Euro deposit request, so didn't bother.

Really nice concept, seems like the hotel fitted inside an old hangar like space with a beautiful common space in the middle, decent room size, friendly staff, good location, comfy bed, good shower with ceiling mounted shower head
No bathroom foot towel was provided. After the shower you will have wet foot marks all over the concrete floor finish which can be slippery. Body wash soap is also used for hand washing that barely lathers.

the location of the hotel was convenient, there are a lot of places to go and to eat around
The level of wifi was awful, there was no connection of wifi in the room, for using wifi it was needed to go to the lobby
