I really really reaaly dislike the door being closed so you have to ring the bell to get the door opened ar every moment of the day.

I booked this property and when I came the receptionist told me “I am sorry we are overbooked” then as we were talking whenever some else would come over he would tell us to go to the side as if we were not guests. I asked if we need to do anything further to get a refund he said that my card is not charged so I should be good, then I asked ti get proof that I showed up and he said that I do not need it. Then a day later booking sent me a message that this hotel marked me as a no show and charged me for a no show fee. So after a horrible customer service, not providing a room that I booked they also charged me for a no show fee. Absolutely horrible. Will never book this hotel again.

Very well located hotel in a quiet neighborhood and easily walkable to all areas of the city. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable as well.
