The Highlander was a good central location to all of the amenities in Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were also extremely helpful with any queries we had. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had a very good stay at the Highlander.

The bed was amazing, soft and cozy. We loved the location, its so close to everything including the train station. Room was quiet, staff was nice and loved the drinks down stairs. Wonderful stay!

There’s rugs missing from the rooms. The floors are the old wooden floors that haven’t been polished and look dirty and are rough to step on them barefoot. The floors are giving a discomfort vibe to the rooms

Very comfortable bed, plus very friendly staff.
Room was very dark, even with the curtains open it was still difficult to see. Particularly the light switches, which were complicated and didn’t brighten the room up. The noise was also quite bad throughout the evening, as I believe i was above the restaurant. This meant that I could hear all the chairs being scrapped across the floor, whilst also hearing quite a lot of noise coming from the hallway, quite a lot of crashing around. I believe the room is supposed to be quite soundproof, but it was quite the opposite for me.

Breakfast 33euro each we got a. Discount to 17.50 Still not. Value for money it was nice but you can only get. Bacon pancakes egg or mushrooms Toast for me only thing not. Value for money every thing. Eles was spot on

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely superb — everything is within walking distance, with plenty of nice restaurants, shops, and sights nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
