Beautiful accommodations with a view of the harbor. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet, easy walk to bus stop that quickly gets you to main train station. Studio seating area, kitchen, well stocked , separate sleeping area with comfortable bed. & fantastic shower. Spectacular, comfy lounge area near front desk for dining. Decor is lovely & there is also a gym available. This is our second visit & hopefully not our last!!

The area was very nice. Convenient to public transportation and grocery.
Room was nice...
Room was nice...lacked face wash cloth...throw blankets for couch seating. Beds were hard.
Upstairs neighbors were loud ( banging doors and moving furniture late into the night - 12 to 1am)
Restaurant menu limited.

I liked having a kitchen and the baby package that was offered. The little nook where you could relax and have a water view was a nice addition. It was nice to have a Separate room and living area a great value when staying with children

Oh... I was very pleasantly surprised by this property in so many respects. While not centrally located, it is but a quick walk into the heart of Amsterdam... and not the overly touristy parts either.
The Wellness offering - sauna and steamroom - was underwhelming. Especially at a property of this size, I would encourage them to make these more consistent with what is found in Scandinavian properties.

Loved our stay. Very helpful staff, beautiful property. Easy and fun to take the Ferry boats to Centrum. Quiet, off the beaten path and a perfect respite from the busyness of the downtown area. Lovely body wash and shampoos made in Amsterdam. Will return!

Breakfast was good, well equipped gym and very nice room
Wellness is pretty small (only sauna and steam cabin - which did not work when we were there), you can take a footbath as well but the salt does not get refilled and the basins were not super clean.

The rooms were high quality, clean and with lovely decor. Shower was amazing. Overall very pleased!
On the last day I opted to have breakfast at the Vessel. Staff weren’t very attentive. I waited 15 minutes to get anyones attention before going to the bar to get menus. I later returned and same thing. Difficult to get anyone’s attention. I ended up ordering a beer via the app but it never arrived so had to go and get it from the bar. It’s a shame as everything else was great.

Everything, from the studio room to the reception, restaurant and the outisde view and area. It is very peaceful, beautiful by the waterside, with good view of canal houses, boats/ferries and yet calm. The studio room was very functional, well equipped and clean. The staff is the best part, very helpful, responsive and best surprise was room service by the restaurant ? Hardly find any in EU cities so this was a big plus. One of our best stays so far. I would highly recommend and it’s also good to sit and work at the reception/restaurant area below. Would definitely love to book a stay here again. Thanks to the July Boat team!
