The hotel has an excellent location right by the water in a peaceful, modern neighborhood. It’s very quiet and beautiful all around. Despite being away from the city center, it’s easy to get to the main train station and major attractions by tram or bus, and even a walk is a pleasant option.
The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a great view. Everything felt calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The only downside is that the cleaning could be more regular, as dust tends to accumulate in the room.

rooms are great
Breakfast was ok. It's not truly a buffet.
More like "pick 1 item from the menu and stuff yourself with croissants after".
There's no free choice of bread, cheeses and charcuterie.
Probably against spillage, but I like a pile of bacon in the morning. So yeah. Just a bit of fruit and yogurts too.
Quality of the food is good though! 7/10

I like that they give very comfortable bed for my baby, even gave her a little teddy bear at check in
The room was very comfortable and it had everything, full kitchen. The view was very nice too

The staff are always so friendly and I love the location. The rooms are very clean and large. I love staying at this hotel, in a quieter part of Amsterdam.

Our room was very cold and someone tried to fix it, he was doing over 20 minutes but couldn’t do it he said it will be better later but temperature adjustments never worked
Room cleaning was not good. We asked to change towels and clean the room , some one only took full garbage can but not cleaned . New towels were in the big bag and they were not taken out .
