We had an amazing stay at this hotel ! The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit.
One of the highlights was the free bike rental — we loved cycling to the town centre, which was only about 10 minutes away. It was such a fun and easy way to get around.
We were also lucky to arrive during the annual neighbourhood party, where drinks and food were offered free of charge — a really special and unexpected treat!
Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. With great amenities, a convenient location, and exceptional service, it truly has a lot to offer. Highly recommended!

Some front staff were friendlier than others, but overall good.
That the laundry was paid only. I know that the other July in town gives it as a free service.

Was the perfect home away from home. Quiet, safe area with access to transit to main tourist areas. Friendly staff and great amenities like the “wellness centre” that includes both a sauna and eucalyptus steam room. Great place to come back to after a day of walking and sight seeing.
A little further from tourist destinations, but was our preference.

It is good at almost everything. Beyond our expectations. It is located in a beautiful zero emission new area, with amazing architecture and community environment. The staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. The room is spacious with almost everything you could possibly need. And it is not far away from central area. We just love the architecture and decoration of the property, so modern and yet comfortable.
The dinner in the restaurant was not a total satisfactory. The appetizers were amazing, but the two main dishes were a bit disappointing. My fish was cold when it was served. My husband’s steak was so chewy that he had to get rid of many parts since it was impossible to chew. The waiter (sorry I didn’t have his name) was really nice, he gave me some compensation of the cold fish, and he was very warm and professional. I hope next time I am staying there, the meal can be improved. I DO love this hotel, the food does not have influence on my opinion of this place. It is a marvelous hotel and worth your staying.

Wonderful
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast etc. Great canal view. Nice quiet location.
We had a great stay. No time to use the gym/spa, but would like to on another visit.
Bed was a little droopy at the sides and could be a bit softer, but overall comfortable. We probably should have asked for more frequent cleaning right at the beginning. We were there 9 nights, and cleaning was only on day 6.

It was delicious and healthy!
A littl further from central town that we thought, but ended up being a wonderful walk to and from

Breakfast was perfect and included with our room. We had so many choices from light and easy at the mini-buffet of sliced meats, croissants, sourdough bread, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and fresh squeezed juices OR a hot breakfast ordered from the kitchen. Hot items included eggs made to order, bacon, pancakes, Benedicts, and more. Dinner selections were good with specials every day but we only had dinner one time in the hotel. We choose a perfect night to eat in though, as it was “jazz night” in the restaurant and we enjoyed 2 very talented musicians while we ate and drank.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was absolutely perfect for our stay (6 days/5 nights). It gave us plenty of room to spread out and the 2 bathrooms made our life so much easier! The kitchen had everything we needed to keep snacks and drinks at hand. Usually when we have a kitchenette, we make our own breakfast. But since breakfast was included and served until 11AM, we never cooked breakfast.
We were provided free use of the hotel’s bicycles, and after a day of cycling, we felt very comfortable making are way around some of the busier areas of Amsterdam, although we tried to find alternate and more scenic routes whenever possible. We were only a 3 minute bike ride from the Pontsteiger ferry terminal, so we took our bikes on the free ferry and spent a day in Noord.
There is not daily cleaning service, but we had a door hanger we could put out for a “room refresh” that seemed like a very good cleaning to us (fresh towels, beds made, kitchen tidied and put away, etc.) We only needed one room refresh for our 5 night stay. There is an Albert Heijn grocery store a few minutes away also to stock on room provisions like a bottle of wine.
There are sodas and stuff in the fridge for a fee, as well as some cooking items like pasta and sauce (also for a fee) if you don’t feel like provisioning for yourself. Good basics to have if you need them. The Miele oven was amazing, wish I had...
The room has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is a queen bed and the other is a king bed. For some reason, the queen bed is in the bedroom with the en-suite bath, and the king bedroom has a hall bath. Of course, as a couple, we wanted to sleep in the king bed, so it was a little annoying to have to make your way into the hall and open the gigantic bathroom door when you have to “go” in the middle of the night. I felt like the king bed should be in the en-suite bedroom, not the smaller queen bed (but the queen bedroom was noticeably smaller so I’m guessing a king bed would not fit in that space). Also, the king bed mattress was uneven as you could feel the strap in the middle that was joining two twin mattresses together.

Perfect score for this hotel! It ticked all the boxes for things that I find essential when traveling: great design, friendly staff (thanks Gianluca for the warm welcome!), great location in a less known local neighborhood worth exploring (but still very well connected to more known areas thanks to the efficient public transportation system in Amsterdam -and oh, free bikes!), exceptional cleanliness and high quality of food (in case you're pondering: yes, add breakfast! It is so worth it!) and, overall, services offered. We even got offered 2 free drinks at the bar/restaurant Vessel. I couldn't be happier with my choice for this short yet rewarding stay -both the hotel and the city are top notch!!

Service was great! Room was wonderful. Quiet, well stocked.
Need hooks in the master bathroom. Furniture could be more comfortable. It would be nice if some of the windows opened.

Very Good
It was clean and modern. Comfortable. We liked our room with separate area for kitchenette and seating area. From the ground level apartment we had a good view of the water. I liked the apples and oranges we could pick up at the lobby. The restaurant is open to the lobby. The atmosphere was very good, lively but not too loud. We liked having the bicycles included. We used them for one day.
It was hot during our visit. The AC never got the room cool enough. Especially for sleeping. The comforter was too hot, no option of a separate sheet. It,s a happening place outside of the hotel. It was sometimes noisy at night with people hanging outside. It. Was ok with windows closed but then we needed cooler air. The towels never dried well and there was no place to hang them. We were told to ask to replace the towels. We asked once during our 5 night stay. I don’t think there was a microwave oven to heat up our coffee. It was a regular oven for baking.

Our room was very cold and someone tried to fix it, he was doing over 20 minutes but couldn’t do it he said it will be better later but temperature adjustments never worked
Room cleaning was not good. We asked to change towels and clean the room , some one only took full garbage can but not cleaned . New towels were in the big bag and they were not taken out .

Stylish design place with comfortable and easy-going atmosphere. It has an entrance to the beach where people can sunbathe and swim (if they consider water is clean enough). Guests friendly large common area with nice bar and restaurant. Very friendly and cool staff. Room had everything for comfortable stay - good coffee, teas, water.
I liked absolutely everything!

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and so helpful! It’s in a more residential area so very quiet and I could sleep with the window open at night without being disturbed.
The room/apartment was spacious and equipped with basic kitchenware in case I wanted to cook or heat up leftovers. Having a fridge in the room was invaluable, especially with the summer heat. Coming back to cold bottles of water in the fridge was amazing.
The room has a thermostat so you can cool it down or heat it up around 3 degrees either way and it got actually cold! Can’t stress enough how amazing that is, because it was HUMID and so hot in Amsterdam this weekend.
The hotel itself is pretty! The gym was stunning, and a lot of locals hang out by the docks to sun tan because it’s right on the water.
The bathroom door did not prop open on its own, so there was no way to air out the bathroom after a shower unless I used my bag to keep the door open. Very minor issue and didn’t effect my stay.

Everything exceeded expectations! The facilities are gorgeous - perfectly sized room, amazing sauna, excellent gym, and free workout classes. The staff went above and beyond, even helping me extend my stay during busy Pride weekend when everything else was sold out. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance of feeling like a dreamland while still being homey and comfortable. Hugest thanks to Margo, Marck, and Daniel for being so kind!!
