the hotel was fabulous! super chilled and easy going staff who were very helpful. also suggested a good upgrade for a family of 3 at a good rate

The size of the rooms is good and cleanliness was good. Bathroom was large and well designed.
The hotel is far to expensive for its location and quality. Location is too far outside of centre and bus into town becomes a chore. Room lighting is really dim making the room feel dark and dingey. I would not stay here again I would find a more central hotel for the same or less money (there were several available when I booked).

Lovely room overlooking the river, nice spacious apartment with lovely design. Very friendly staff too.
Service was pretty slow at the terrace restaurant but food was good.

Not a clear idea on what's included in the price of the booking IE we were informed that breakfast was included but at the end they mentioned it wasn't which would have been great to know beforehand.

Great staff at the front desk, especially the German guy who learned himself English in five months. We had an upgrade to a really nice room with a nice view. The cafe was great, the kitchen was great, everything was great.

The staff was amazing and the room was exceptionally clean and had a nice view. The restaurant was really nice downstairs as well. Have to take a quick 10 minute bus from amsterdam centraal though. We didnt find the bus ride to be an issue but thats something to be aware of.

Loved flexibility of apartment combined with convenience of hotel.
Beautiful apartment well equipped , thoughtful drinks and drinks and snacks in fridge.
Very comfortable bed and always hot water in the powerful shower. Very nice toiletries provided.staff are charming and so helpful, I had a slight accident on bike , concern all for me not the bike even remembered to check next morning.
Westerpark is a very nice safe area.the deck outside is a lovely place to sit and watch the river.
Nothing not to like maybe a few things to fine tune. River views incur extra charges all studios not the same size and not reflected in cost. For us two single beds would have been better but this is an option in very few rooms.

The staff were wonderful, particularly Luca and Rowan but all the staff were excellent. It was good to have facilities to prepare our own meals and not have to eat out as there aren't many places close by. There is a great supermarket just up the road. We had problems with our pickup and we greatly appreciated Luca making the calls for us to confirm as we were let down by our privately booked transport when we arrived in Amsterdam. Only a few bus stops away from Central Station to anywhere we wanted to go.
The furniture in the lounge was very uncomfortable for any length of time and the stools at the breakfast bar were uncomfortable to eat from. A simple table and chairs would have been much more comfortable.
