Great location..right near trams and the metro, plus lots of restaurants. Rooms are small, but comfortable and the staff couldn’t be nicer.
I had read the reviews before leaving and someone had written in that their room by elevator was noisy at night. I wrote them requesting a room away from the elevator, but I that wasn’t the case. After two nights of not getting a good nights sleep, I requested another room and if not they need to find me a different hotel, since I requested a room away from the elevator. Fortunately they found another room and it was great. Also they charge extra if you use their cappuccino machine and have one of their tiny muffins. I really thought it was not a good policy, considering the room rates are high, considering the size of them. However, in spite of this I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the center and transport. There were a lot of good cafes/restaurants to eat near this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got nice souvenirs on checkout

It’s was good location
The room was tiny for the price. The ‘cleaning’ was pretty awful. I arrived back to my room after it had been cleaned and there was a pubic hair on the bed, I know it wasn’t mine because I don’t have any. I flagged it to a staff member who came to the room the check, he removed the duvet cover abs the duvet was visibly dirty and stained. For a single tiny room at £145 per night i think this is disgraceful

A great deal. Location a block from major subway line and a 10 minute walk to museum area. I had a small single room which was clean and had an en suite bathroom for about $100 less per night than other hotels. The area felt very safe.

Very clean and the property looked sparkly and updated. It was a little outside of the tourist area on a very quiet street. We really liked the neighborhood. Very close to the Metro when we needed to get places fast. Nice owners and staff who were very friendly and helpful

Friendly, helpful staff. Located in a quiet street, a very short walk to the tram or metro station. There's also a nearby supermarket. The main sights to see are all within a 5-25 minute walk. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
