Location was excellent - 10 mins walk from Rijksmuseeum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm.
Even for a single room, my room (201) at house No. 20 was very small, with no wardrobe or cupboard facilities. For its size, the room was very expensive. No breakfast, which would give opportunities to meet with guests and staff. Charging for minor snacks seems rather mean considering the overall cost.

The wifi did not work the whole 5 day trip. Staff said It was known issue with top floor rooms.

The room was comfortable and quiet with big windows. The staff was helpful and it’s in a great location. Two minutes to metro, tram, and grocery store. Ten minutes to museumplein.

The location is fantastic. Pleasant walk along canals to museums. Van Gogh, the Rijksmuseum, Mocco, and the Museum of Modern Art all in easy reach on foot. Easy access to the the busy city centre but from a peaceful, cool district of De Pjjp. Nice markets, shops, eateries. Really great spot. Pleasant staff, relaxed feel and lovely little hotel
The mattress could have been a little bit comfier.

It was close to city centre and all transportation facilities. Also the staffs were super kind and warm. I got sick on my last day of stay and they kindly let me check out later and even helped me to get better. Thanks to them I felt better before my flight.
They don’t have any food service.

Wonderful
A lovely, quaint, and very welcoming family run hotel in a central location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the video and detailed directions they provided. Luggage storage after check out time made it very easy to explore more of the city.
The only downside was the construction nearby, which we know was out of the hotel’s control.

Super beautiful decor, really unique and well done. Has a nice family feel, and very cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to explore De Pijp area of Amsterdam. They even upgraded us for free!
Two twin beds next to each other instead of a queen was a little strange to us Americans, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. Very comfortable anyway. Maybe they could put a mattress cover on the two beds to make them feel more like one for couples?

The interior design of the hotel is very sophisticated. The hotel room is clean. Staffs are friendly. My luggage is heavy and the female staff is still willing to help to carry to my 2F room. She is nice.
The room is kind of small. When I open my luggage, I can hardly go into the bathroom.
