The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was amazingly convenient yet my room was very quiet.
The only thing that didn't work as well was the Wifi in my room. Wifi was really weak from my desk in room 131, but Wifi was fine once I was standing right next to my room door. Maybe add a Wifi extender to strengthen the wifi in room?

Lovely hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and for the Marathon. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with great suggestions of places to go and where to eat. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Such a lovely surprise and gesture to get a little leaving gift. If I ever visit Amsterdam again I would definitely go back and I will be recommending to friends.
Unfortunately my first night the people in the room next to me were very noisy until past 2am. But that isn't the hotels fault and luckily they checked out the next day.
