Very nice hotel and good price for Amsterdam. Great location - 250m from a metro that connects with Central Station in 10 mins. Peaceful and good facilities, comfortable bed, hot shower, nice staff.
The room was a bit on the small side, though was advertised as a 'small single room'. The bathroom was a bit cold until the shower went on, as no heater within it. No breakfast, which was a shame - but there is a supermarket and cafes nearby.

We stayed at Hotel Asterisk during our Europe trip and it was one of our best hotel experiences The hotel is very clean and quiet, which makes it perfect to relax after visiting the busy center of Amsterdam during the day I really recommend staying here instead of in the city center: you can easily go there for all the visits and come back to enjoy the calm at night. The staff were very kind and even offered me a small symbolic gift, which made the stay even more special

I had to extend my stay in Asteriks, this time i stayed in bigger room as there is no availability for single room. It was great, everything was so clean, the furtinure and stuff in the room was enough. The view was amazing. Thanks so much !!!

Step from the bedroom into the bathroom caused many stubbed toes. Bit of a claustrophobic and steep staircase but I think many buildings in the centre are like this

It was my 3rd room visit as I had to extend my stay in Asterisk. :) This room was on the last floor, the view was so cozy, the room, bathroom, and toilet were so clean, the hotel staff is very kind and supportive, I would like to thank each of you! I will definitely come back to Amsterdam and stay Asterisk. Thanks so much for the gift also :)
