The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was amazingly convenient yet my room was very quiet.
The only thing that didn't work as well was the Wifi in my room. Wifi was really weak from my desk in room 131, but Wifi was fine once I was standing right next to my room door. Maybe add a Wifi extender to strengthen the wifi in room?

Staff were outstanding, helped us with a variety of things and were positive, kind, and efficient throughout. Nice room, great tips for restaurants and sites to visit.
These are things to note, not “didn’t like “ things. Expensive, but not as expensive as other Amsterdam options. Some noise from construction and upstairs neighbors but not really the fault of the property.

It’s super clear, it’s like a 5 stars hotel standard clean! I can talk to all interesting place ! Van Gogh museum, Raji museum, moco museum… And the people are super friendly and helpful! It’s perfect!

It’s such a nice hotel. So cute. The staff was excellent! So helpful! Good location to train and in a nice part of the city. Lots of cafes/restaurants and even grocery store.
My room was on the first floor right next to the stairs and the front desk and supply closet so it was a bit noisy. There needs to be an extra pillow and blanket in the room just in case people need it.

Great location, on a quiet charming street. Close to the trams, metro, and very walkable to museums and other sites. Clean, comfortable.
Perhaps some more hooks to hang towels on in the toilet area? Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The hotel was comfortable and the concierge was helpful and friendly. I also really liked the location and for the money it was a good deal.
The room I stayed at did not have a fridge.
