The location was amazing because it's walking distance to museums, Vondelpark and other attractions as Heineken Experience and Canal Tours. It also has a supermarket super close, and other cafés and restaurants.
I didn't expect the room to be SO small, but when taking value into account, makes sense. However, they should do something ASAP with the pillows. The pillows are very stiff and bulky. Non desirable for a good and confortable sleep (which was very much needed to avoid jet lag)

Nicely done hotel. Very personal. The street was very quiet, even on Kings Day. Metro is close. Restaurants are close.
Sound insulation between walls and floors is thin. We were woken up very early to people exercising in their room. I would never come on Kings Day again!

Loved the location. Away from the touristy spots (although a quick walk to the museums and a quick metro ride to anywhere else. A nice and quiet neighborhood.
There was nothing I didn’t like. The bathroom has a slight smell because the room is incredibly small and you have to keep the bathroom door closed to open and close the room door. It’s better when you’re in the room and can keep the door open.

Lovely personnel, great location and normal price. Inside of the room all well equipped
We stayed there for 2 nights. Room 224. Even though it sounds impossible, there were people upstairs walking and making a "jumping" noice entire both nights, so we could not sleep at all. Asked in reception if they are hotel guests or upstairs maybe a living apartment is, looks like was a part of hotel. I am sorry but this lack of sleep just ruined my 2 days visit to Amsterdam.

This is a family run boutique hotel that was funky and fun with a teeny, tiny elevator. Our room #134 was on the third floor. The room was comfortable and clean and we got a free glass of wine. The location was also great and we would definitely stay there again.
