I was specifically looking for accommodation in an authentic Dutch building, in a safe area, and I got all of that, but much more. As for the interior, I was blown away by the entrance, and I really liked every corner of the building: architecturally, the style, the colors, the shapes. The breakfast met all our needs, I think there was plenty to choose from, and the quality was very good. The room is spotlessly clean, the furnishings are sophisticated and beautiful. But only those who don't get dizzy should go up and down the stairs :), because it's also authentic Dutch :). And for the end, most importantly: the staff! We met with 2 different Ladies at the reception while our stay, big like to their personality and overall energy :) Stay like this :) We will definitely come back to this hotel!

I was a solo traveller and I felt very safe, I loved that my room door locked with a proper solid key, not a card. The location was great for me as it was quiet but still in walking distance to where I wanted to be. The staff, who greeted you with a smile, are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed my stay.
You would have to be really fussy to find something you didn't like!

Rooms and beds are small, but comfortable. Staff are great, really friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is fantastic right in the museum district.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location in the museum quarter. Easy to access by bus from the airport. A service that runs every 10 minutes. Hotel cosy with friendly staff.
Thought it was a bit pricey for a single room. Would have liked breakfast included, would have felt better value.

The location is excellent, nice neighbourhood, a lot of landmarks close, shops, etc. The public transport is really good, there is tram to go to the center or other big train stations. Also a bus to go to the airport. The staff was lovely!
If you book for only one person, they may give you a single super small room in the ground floor, it can be noisy cus you can hear the conversations in the reception desk. Although it has a nice window to an internal patio. They have an old keys system, so you have to leave the key in the front desk every time you go out. The price doesn’t worth the money for a single bed, at the end I asked for an upgrade and I payed the difference to go to a bigger room with double bed.

The staff were very kind, everything was clean and the stay overall was a lovely time!
I found having to constantly leave my key at reception inconvenient. I also let a receptionist know that i did not want housekeeping as I needed to be in the room - however a housekeeper did let themselves into my room. Finally the room was quite small for the price however did meet all my needs.
