Location was good as it was walking distance to the train station.
The air condition was off and told us that they are controlling climate by not turning on the air condition. They gave us the complimentary drink which was worthless as they could have informed us earlier regarding the air condition.

Super location, 1 station near centraal. Clean rooms and comfy bad. Also they give us free complimentary such as beer, wine etc.
There is no slippers and mini fridge in the room.

The windows aren’t well isolated, meaning you can hear the noise from the street/people at the bar downstairs until quite late.

The breakfast is same every day. AC was not working properly. It is centralized and you can not control it from the room.

Its not the center of Amsterdam, but its near the station (u need 1 minute to enter in the train station), and only 5-6 minutes to the center by train, so totally its good location. When you stay Holiday inn express, u know what to expect, for me its the same in every city- standard rooms, with standard breakfast. Totally, i am satisfied with the stay, it was my secod time when I stayed here
