Even after repeatedly requesting assistance, we were asked to carry nearly 80 kg of luggage and four suitcases all the way down to the reception ourselves, simply because the hotel refused to bring the small handheld weighing device to the room. It was a completely unnecessary inconvenience and honestly made no sense at all. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the staff — they were extremely rude and dismissive, as though we were asking for something unreasonable or valuable, rather than a basic courtesy any decent hotel should provide.

Near train, bus, metro.
Rooms with odd numbers face the railroad tracks, which are noisy. On the upper floors, you can hear the whistling of the wind when it’s blowing hard. Breakfast could be more substantial.
