Its not the center of Amsterdam, but its near the station (u need 1 minute to enter in the train station), and only 5-6 minutes to the center by train, so totally its good location. When you stay Holiday inn express, u know what to expect, for me its the same in every city- standard rooms, with standard breakfast. Totally, i am satisfied with the stay, it was my secod time when I stayed here

Room nice & clean,
Breakfast was a time slot, not what was advertised and I didn’t enjoy sticking to set times, breakfast also limited.
Rubbish everywhere outside, certain staff members were rude & we was spoken to like a chore.

I couldn't get my invoices when I left because they were very busy checking in at the time. They said they would send me my invoice, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Despite repeatedly telling them through Booking.com, they insisted on not sending my invoice, and I'm still on my way here. Because I haven't received my invoice from my travel company, I can't collect my money either.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room
I had booked a standard room with 2 beds but we ended up getting one big. The staff was very thoughtful and kindly offered to upgrade us to a 3 guest bedroom due to Booking’s mistake
