The location is amazing very convenient to the railway station. The beds were comfortable
There was no fridge in the room hence I had to store my medicines at reception which wasn’t convenient. I forgot to collect my medicines when I was leaving so had to lose out on 2 insulin cartridges and the storage case for my medicines. The last day we didn’t have the bathing soap it was over. Also the sheets get changed after 4 days. We would expect after every 2 days.

- The hotel location is amazing. I had doubts when booking, but it's just excellent. Within 3 minutes from the hotel there are lots of trains, trams, and buses. You can quickly go anywhere. The neighborhood is also quite good — clean enough and feels safe.
- Staff is very friendly
- I really appreciated that there was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room
Breakfast could have been better. Orange juice feels like it's a very low quality product.

Location,next to train station and resturants. Staff was very helpful with direction to places to visit. Like the trade declining housekeeping for drinks.
Breakfast was edible, wish there was a change in menu, same items the whole week.

The location is perfect, Flixbus drops you right at the doorstep of the Hotel, and it takes just 10mins to get to Centraal station by the train from the Sloterdjik stn which is just 5min from the Hotel. Breakfast was excellent. In terms of value,i felt the price of the room was a bit high.

Literally on a train station which makes getting around a breeze. The airport is along the same line as is centraal. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was included.
We found it to be on the cooler side temperature wise. Staff advised the rooms were centrally heated so they bought us an oil heater which helped.
