The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view from the room was also very good. The staff is very helpful and polite. even though the options are not many, the breakfast is complimentary which is a bonus. It still gives you a good start to the day. The hotel is just a few seconds walk to the Sloterdijk train station that is just a 6 -7 minutes ride by sprinters to the city centre. It is absolutely worth it!

The location is quite central one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal station
Our room was suppose to be on the 7th floor but when we got to go in iur room the lights wouldnt switch on so we ended up in another room with beds which were singles joined together rather than 1 whole bed

Location, it was very clean, the breakfast was good.

The hotel in the was very near in the train station. Almost walk for all the trasportation and some attaction near by.
Came from the long travel of cause we want to use the Shower. Then one of us use it but suddenly I notice that it is clogged. Run the the reception and told them above it. They told us okay I will coming, nobody coming at that night. On the next day around 7 o'clock we told again at the front desk the situation. Nothing happened, came at the day to late at night around 9:30 need to shower but the problem is still not fixed. To dissapointed about that.

Brilliant location for tram and metro. Excellent on site restaurant. We had requested an accessible room but it had been double booked, but reception staff were brilliant and sorted it out for us very quickly.
