Breakfast was good and location was only 4 minute walk to train the station. Room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they printed off pdf tickets for me.
the sink and shower drains would drain very slow, which they already knew and were working on

It was perfect for our 3 night stay, a weekend away for my husband's 60th birthday. It was a short train or bus ride into the centre of Amsterdam. Buses and trains running late into the night and station next to the hotel. Conveniently located for easy access to the airport too. Our room was on the top floor which was nice, overlooking the station and hustle and bustle, but it was quiet and comfortable. We slept well. Our Breakfast was included which was a bonus, and there was a wide variety of continental foods, including delicious croissants and scrambled eggs. Overall a lovely stay.
The only criticism, would be that there is no milk in the room for the tea or coffee that is there.

Very comfortable bed and very good blackout curtains. The check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Friendly staff.

The location was perfect, just 2 mins walk to train station.
The air-conditioning doesn't work in the room. And there was only one slipper provided in the room.

The room was clean every day, food was great also staff.
Breakfast package was poor and not properly packed. Croissant just put in paper bag, with all other food, and other food bread put in strechfoil separately, boiled eggs, ham slice all separately. I expect normal sandwiche, water, friut, something sweet... Nothing. Just poor :-(((( and you are Holiday In Express so, think about that.

Just like all holiday inn around the world, it’s standard, nothing wrong.
The reception gave me a wrong room and told me they can not correct it. I asked for a twin room, and they gave me a double, it’s really inconvenient.

The location is amazing, right next to the station. You can reach Amsterdam central in 10 minutes with the train. Overall we had a really comfortable experience. Comfy bed, hot shower, cleaning service everyday if you prefer. Breakfast was okay. If you’re planning to stay at this hotel bear in mind that there are no slippers, no mini fridge, no gym.
The biggest issue was not being able to adjust the temperature at all — the room felt quite cold, and there was no way to change it. I understand this might be aligned with how locals prefer it or sustainability policies, but for guests who prefer a warmer room, it is uncomfortable.
