The hotel was clean, with big rooms. Daily room-service. Very friendly staff.
We ordered a double room by a mistake but they replaced that as soon as the tween became available.
The breakfast is really good.
The location is perfect for the people who want to visit many places. The train and metro stations are just next to the hotel

Great place to stay in Amsterdam if you plan to be moving around during the day. The hotel is bang next door to a train, metro and bus station! Getting to anywhere in NL and Europe was a breeze for us. The rooms are decent and their breakfast buffet is simple yet fulfilling (even for my vegetarian wife!). The access is what made us extend our stay at this place to more than a week. Amsterdam Central, Zandaam, Schipol are just a 10 minute train ride away. There are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets close by as well if you feel like it. Would definitely think about staying here the next time we are around. And yes, they do offer drinks vouchers if you want to skip the room getting cleaned. But you only get Heineken beer or Tea/Coffee, nothing else.
There's no mini fridge in the rooms, but you do get a kettle (unlike other hotels in Europe that have a coffee machine).

The location is super convenient—you see it right as you get out of the station. It's great value for money and includes breakfast.

First and foremost is the very professional Romy, I believe she is a front desk manager, she served myself and my husband with the most professional friendly help.
Secondly, your dining room staff were all friendly and pleasant to every customer that entered the dining room for breakfast, the breakfast was a very good variety and value!!
Thirdly, your hotel location is excellent just about a minute from the train station with a lot of convenient shopping in the area.
Finally, your hotel is clean with an easy flowing pleasant atmosphere!!!
I will rather not say this was already dealt with by the front desk manager.

Great location, just one train stop from Amsterdam Central Station, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing, and some of the staff were a bit rude.

Location was perfect. The train station just beside the hotel, very handy and 5 min by the train to the Amsterdam Centre.
The main thing we were unhappy with was the housekeeping on our last day. Our check-out time was 12:00, but the cleaners entered our room twice, around 10:30 and again around 11:30, without knocking and without waiting for an answer. They simply used their key card and came into the room while we were still inside. On one occasion, my partner was only wearing underwear, which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing.
I understand that housekeeping needs to prepare rooms, but guests should be given privacy until the official check-out time. At the very least, staff should knock and wait for an answer before entering a room.
