Wonderful
The location was really good, very close to the station. The stuff was nice and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was good
Wi fi was not the best
This is jot the hotels fault but people hanging around the hotel at the night time which makes it loud and hard to sleep if you are at the room the side is facing it

Great location, two steps from train station. Friendly staff.
The windows aren’t well isolated, meaning you can hear the noise from the street/people at the bar downstairs until quite late.

Staff are friendly. Free breakfasts. It is an excellent location closer to station and the place clean
The breakfast is same every day. AC was not working properly. It is centralized and you can not control it from the room.

The location is the best, near the train station is really fast to get to Amsterdam center. The facilities were really comfy and clean.
The wi-fi not worked at all. And the breakfast could be more diverse. Everthing else was really good

It was fabulous to get out of the train station, walk for three minuets or less, and be at the hotel. That same train station also connected us to Gronigne, Amsterdam Centraal, and the airport. We couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was also far more than we expected and consequently an unexpected surprise. It was also delightful that we did not have any noise to bother us as we slept
The pillows were a bit too plump for me. Now isn't that a nice complaint to have? It would have been great if we could have plugged our phone directly into the wall plug, but we did notice that was not available anywhere in the Netherlands that we visited so I have to assume that is something that is just not done in the Netherlands.

Its location is excellent, the train / tram and bus stop is all 50 meters away.
Cleanliness, basic things like the bathroom door was not working, room as such was dirty, dusty & uncleaned.
