My stay at this hotel turned into a very distressing experience. During breakfast, an outsider entered the breakfast area and stole my bag. Unfortunately, I was later informed that similar incidents had happened before in this hotel, which makes the situation even more concerning.
As a result of this theft, I lost my passport and my residence permit. My parents, who were visiting me in France for the first time, also lost their passports containing their visas. Instead of enjoying our trip, we had to spend our time at the police station and at the consulate to obtain emergency travel documents so that they could return home. I also had to cancel my planned trip to Morocco because I no longer had the necessary documents to travel and return to France.
In addition, we had planned to continue our trip with a stay in Paris, but we had to cancel everything and remain in Amsterdam to deal with the consequences of the theft. This incident caused us significant financial losses, amounting to more than €3,000, including transportation costs, replacement of passports, administrative procedures, and the renewal of my residence permit.
The situation was also extremely stressful for my family. My father, who suffers from diabetes, experienced serious health issues due to the stress caused by this event.
What disappoints me the most is that if these kinds of thefts are known to occur repeatedly, the hotel should take stronger measures to protect its guests. A hotel of this standard should ensure proper security, especially in common areas such as the breakfast room. Having security personnel, monitoring access more carefully, and paying attention to people entering and leaving the premises would help protect both guests and staff.
I understand that the hotel cannot be held responsible for every criminal act, but I strongly believe that guest safety should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed our trip and left us with very negative memories.

Nice and new, well designed. Breakfast was great. Jumbo supermarket next door and if your on a budget very cheap meals available. Salads, pizza etc.
Distance from ferry’s and when we arrived at about midnight l tried calling the hotel to find out which ferry we needed to use and NO ONE ANSWERED THE CALL!
Rooms also very small, not enough space for suitcases.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a memorable experience, everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. And the view from our room was absolutely amazing it made our stay even more special.

Excellent hotel with a breathtaking view from my top-floor room. The room was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay.
My only small criticism is that I wasn't able to book the room for an extra night because there was only one receptionist on duty and the lobby queue was always quite long. Due to my busy schedule, I couldn't wait each time I tried.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

To be honest with you , nothing is good in this hotel at all , we had so many problems concerning the room size and the behaviour of the staff
1 - the room size is about 7 or 8 sqm. It can fit max 2 people but they have it to us as triple room for 3 people , we couldn’t even find a space to put or open our luggage
2 - there is no wardrobe in the room just 30 cm wide for hanging max 2 jackets and no shelves to put any clothes
3 - no mini fridge in the room
4 - no safe box in the room
5 - house keeping they come once every 2 or 3 days
5 - no real in duty manager who you can talk too it’s just running by some amateurs and they call themselves managers
6 - reception never answer the phone specially at night then the call is transferred to reservation department who one of them called me rude because I was asking her to help me on first night to get extra pillows as reception not answering and she asked me if I’m already in-house guest then I laughed and said if I’m asking for extra pillows of course I’m in house guest then she said you don’t have to be rude just say yes then she hangs up the phone on me
7 - all above I complained to who they call themselves the manager ( elinka & marina or Maria ) but actually they did nothing
8 - one night at 1 am the light switch was broken or not working and we couldn’t switch off the lights at midnight to sleep, we called the reception several times but no one answered I went down then they told me the technician will come in 5 minutes then no one showed up and after complaining for like an hour’s reception told me that technician will come in the morning and the only solution now is either to wake up me son and wife to change room or to remove the room card from wall to cut all electricity and we slept without air conditioning specially that no windows in room at all
9 - breakfast is very very poor
10 - WiFi not reaching the sitting area of restaurant out
11 - the room has no windows at all so no way for any fresh air
12 - most of the reception staff are not that nice or friendly except Habib ( he is a good person )
