The hotel and the rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and available all the time for any questions or support. The location was 15 min walking to ferry which is free and frequent to travel to centraal station. There is a big market close by that you can get all you need.

The breakfast had lots of variety and the staff kept everything running smoothly.
We had a corner room in the tower overlooking the river. The view was panoramic. Loved it!!!!!
It is a bit of a distance from the ferry to cross the river.

Always a good level of breakfast goods on display and staff very efficient cleaning the areas so never a problem finding anywhere to sit for breakfast.staff very helpful and friendly from front desk to cleaning.

It was very clean, the staff was very nice and the hotel looked good.
The location. It is actually a 20 min walk after you get off the ferry.

It was quiet and I was left alone. The convenience shop was a plus for my late check in. Also the grocery store next door was perfect.
It was a longer journey to get to and from Amsterdam Centraal but I enjoyed it. I am young , I think an elderly person would need to taxi if they have mobility issues. The pillows are good for cuddling but not great for neck support
