Great location, away from the busy centre. Perfectly sized and decorated room. Bathroom/toilet was so clean and the bed was really comfortable. Reception staff were all accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was great too and the staff ????

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the staff’s behavior and lack of basic respect.
During the stay, the attitude of some front-desk staff was unprofessional and mocking, with an unfriendly and disrespectful tone.
The worst part happened on the morning of check-out, when someone knocked aggressively on our room door, speaking in a rude and unacceptable manner, demanding payment — despite the fact that a valid credit card was already provided and confirmed via Booking.com.
This behavior was intrusive, stressful, and completely unprofessional.
What made the situation even worse is that when we spoke to the management about this treatment, their response was that “this is the hotel’s policy”, which clearly shows that the problem is not only with individual staff members, but also with the management’s attitude and culture.
While the room and location may be acceptable, the disrespectful treatment and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience.
I strongly suggest the hotel reviews its policies and provides proper training on guest communication, respect, and basic hospitality standards

Reception stuff - I asked for an early check in - (1h), Receptionist didn't even want to have a look - simple: NO. Also, no small fridge in the rooms.
