The hotel was very clean and nice. We came to the hotel last moment because of an issue with another hotel and the staff was very accommodating. Walking into the hotel was a breath of fresh air. They made sure our family stayed on the same floor. My family really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Extremely convenient location; very good staff and they accommodate our arrival times very well.
The eggs.... in the breakfast buffet the eggs; whoever the executive was that decided terrible powdered eggs would be a good option should be fired. I think this happens at all of these kind of hotels in this branch, but it is a crime against humanity ....these eggs... are ____

Excellent hotel with a breathtaking view from my top-floor room. The room was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay.
My only small criticism is that I wasn't able to book the room for an extra night because there was only one receptionist on duty and the lobby queue was always quite long. Due to my busy schedule, I couldn't wait each time I tried.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Where do i start. For the room to be cleaned you need to put a notice through the reception. Two times the key card for the door wasn't working and it needed change. And now the juicy part. One day before our leave we found a bedbug in one of the hand towels. The staff changed our room after a lot of hassle (new cards didn't work on the beginning because the new room was wrong!!! We entered another person's room!!!) After the change they reassured us we will get a refund. Three months later no refund. Complete unprofessionals. Booking.com helped as much as they could, the site even gave some credits for the inconvenience, but the hotel has done nothing. Excuse after excuse. I'm sure we'll never get the refund and IHG hotels will never see us again.

Sometimes no hot water enough, the evening menu at the cafeteria needs improvement. All foods are warmed up freezer dishes it seems.

Near the metro station, is abt 10 minute walk, easy check in and check out.
The reception people never answer the phone, the air conditioner didn’t work good, also the wc was dirty with others ?. WORST PILLOWS EVER

The bar and restaurant à la carte area. Staff was friendly.
Rooms were small, don’t get cleaned unless asked for, no fridge on rooms, or ice buckets or ice machines for guests. Breakfast dining area and plates and utensils need more attention to cleaning. Cost of stay high compared to level of hotel.

The breakfast had lots of variety and the staff kept everything running smoothly.
We had a corner room in the tower overlooking the river. The view was panoramic. Loved it!!!!!
It is a bit of a distance from the ferry to cross the river.
