Good
Location is fine if you plan to go to city center. Just use ferry for free. There is a good space for work remotely The guests are from all over the world Nuce view
The room is small for three people. In the room a toalet button was broken Everyday the breakfast is the same Water from shower goes in all sides, there is no block door or curtains to stop it

Fair
The front office staff who checked us in and the duty manager, Amal, were exceptionally nice and welcoming.
The hotel policies and amenities need improvement, as there was no drinking water provided in the rooms and no rain umbrellas available. Additionally, the breakfast experience was chaotic with no host to greet guests and nowhere to sit.

Poor
The location, the
the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best, as evidenced by the heavily clogged air vent shown in the attached picture, which has completely restricted airflow and caused the air conditioning system to fail. Not hot water Poor knowledge of the allergens in vegan and gluten free section- I got serious allergic reaction. Receptionist and the duty manager didn’t take serious my complaint. Zero communication.
