Exceptional
Location was great -- still very central but away from the crowds. Amsterdam Centraal is just 15-20 minutes away by foot, and it makes for a nice walk by the canals. The breakfast selection was good too - just the right amount of options.

It's near the centre,as per location.our requests was granted except for an earlier check-in which is understandable
The room wasn't clean properly.dust everywhere.
Sheets and curtains have stained.we were told they normally clean the room after three days so our room wasn't clean during our entire stay.i have to take the body wash container to the reception to fill it up.

Breakfast Time Slots, this was not ideal.
There was only a very small bar near reception for drinks, hotel didn’t have much food options except breakfast and a small area with drinks and sweets.
So when I arrived for check-in I hat to leave the hotel for a sandwich

The breakfast was very good, and the staggered breakfast arrangement worked really well, ensuring there was enough space for everyone. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was well organized. I would recommend this place to others!
It was unfortunate that we couldn’t get an earlier check-in. In addition, we were not aware that room service would come in the morning, as we were told that it does not necessarily take place every day.

Place was good, around the center.
Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I specifically booked a room with a king-size bed, but upon arrival, the hotel tried to place me in a room with separate beds. This is a basic booking requirement, and failing to honor it shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
There was no proper effort to resolve the issue or offer a suitable alternative. It felt like my reservation details were completely ignored.
I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially if you care about getting what you actually booked. Be careful — your reservation may not be respected.

Location and breakfast were great. Very nice staff

The staff was really helpful and the beds were sol comfortable
The checkin was smooth and breakfast had a lot of options
Cleanliness, one of the cups had lip marks on them, we didn't touch the cups for the rest of our stay
The temperature won't go above 23 degrees which is cold for me
The toilet seat was hard to keep up and would push against you

The hotel location is very handy, and was about 10-15 min of walk to every location we have planed to visit. The room was clean and up to standard, but the breakfast was the king of this trip - freshly backed pastry and delicious breakfast options set the great beginning to every day we stayed there.
There was nothing to complain about. Maybe overall price was a bit expensive but if you consider the location - it can be justify.
