My stay at this hotel was excellent. I stayed for two days and the experience was phenomenal. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was clean, beautiful, and spacious.
The only minor issue was that some water came out of the shower while I was showering, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was exceptional, and I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing I didn’t like was that water from the shower would leak onto the bathroom floor.

The location was excellent, close walking distance to all the sites, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast in the cafe was very good, lots of options to choose from.
No face cloths, body lotion and conditioner for your hair. Must remember to bring these items if you use them.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel and the view from our room.
Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was excellent every day.
The staff were delightful. So helpful and and personable.
All in all a great stay.
The only thing we would have liked was a fridge in the room.

Literally nothing
Noisy, asked for quiet room and put on the busy main road (busy 24/7!). Horrible area that did not feel safe. Pillows like bags of rope, really uncomfortable and soft - staff repeatedly asked for replacements or firm ones (4 times asked) nothing given. No wash cloths despite signs in bathroom advertising. No wardrobe at all, but two pegs with 3 coat hangers - for a four night stay with two people? No room for cases or anything. Accessible shower disgustingly dirty. Just horrible. Avoid.
