The staff was really helpful and the beds were sol comfortable The checkin was smooth and breakfast had a lot of options
Cleanliness, one of the cups had lip marks on them, we didn't touch the cups for the rest of our stay The temperature won't go above 23 degrees which is cold for me The toilet seat was hard to keep up and would push against you

The staff. Marie and her team absolute gem, with the only gentleman staff in the team (sorry I missed ur name) from our check in on Wednesday to departure on Friday, all staff on duty went the extra mile to make us feel welcome

The hotel location is very handy, and was about 10-15 min of walk to every location we have planed to visit. The room was clean and up to standard, but the breakfast was the king of this trip - freshly backed pastry and delicious breakfast options set the great beginning to every day we stayed there.
There was nothing to complain about. Maybe overall price was a bit expensive but if you consider the location - it can be justify.

The location is good
The room service needs to be improved. During our 4 nights stay they did not clean the floors even once (even in bathroom)! Breakfast is very poor. Wifi does not allow even scrolling instagram

The staff were great really friendly.
The first room.we were give onnthe ground floor and access to a small courtyard but people had obviously been smoking in the room. But reception was great changed the room right away and gave us a voucher for a free drink in the bar
