We were thrilled with the location of the hotel and the view from our room. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent every day. The staff were delightful. So helpful and and personable. All in all a great stay.
The only thing we would have liked was a fridge in the room.

Location View directly on the canal - made us feel super cozy
The Breakfast staff was rude and unpleasant to us during our first morning. We were in the last slot, but still within the time given, and felt like they tried to kick us out ealier to finish their service. We understand food us supposed to be taken away at the end time, but then we need time to finish eating. First they give us 10 minutes "because they were so nice to us", and not 2 minutes later they come back and start cleaning our dishes. Then they start to mock us in the kitchen "I dont know what else I can say for them to leave"... still before the end time of the last slot. We dont usually expect a 5 start treatment in a 3 star hotel, but respect is the minimum requirement.
