The property was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally polite. Although it is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station and Hoofddorp city center, the location is still quite convenient. The hotel offers complimentary snacks available throughout the day, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Disappointing
Bed very uncomfortable. Carpet dirty. Floor in shower very slippery. Ordered one beer in the lounge — cost ridiculous.
Construction all over the area. We were not notified of it. Walking from the train should have been easy but not. Confusing!
Breakfast bar was not up to expectations. After staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Rotterdam, we expected similar breakfast. Coffee machine didn’t work properly. Buns weren’t fresh. A big group of people staying at the hotel were not using tongs. Tomatoes and cucumbers not with the rest of the breakfast offerings.

The commnutei is far from airport. No shuttle service. We hired a taxi from airport and the driver charged us 60 euros.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good as well. The bathroom was good.
The smell of old and dirt of the room, I believe is the carpet. The door of the bathroom was not clean. Generally I believe the hotel needs urgently a renew of its carpets, the smell makes you feel like it is not clean.

Either Booking.com or the hotel false advertising “free shuttle to airport “ which was not the case . So the employee told me this is very confusing.

The main highlight is definitely the cleanliness. The hotel, bathroom, and common areas were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a great breakfast with many options. The location is convenient: just a 10-minute walk to Hoofddorp Station, and then only a 5-minute train ride to the airport. We appreciated that the hotel offered a free drink (per person, per day) if guests opted out of room service, which is a nice incentive for some. The reception bar and pizza oven at the front were also super convenient. This hotel is totally worth the price paid!
