Location is good especially if your going to the arena or stadium.
Was offered the go green with our room and was told we could get 2 coffee for the 2 days, turned out we was only 1 coffee for one day, 2 guests was in the room, should of at least been per guest.

Location and staff was fine
Breakfast is nice
But the room is very small , no cupboard for clothes only one hanger and dirty shelf
The other bed was very noisy and asked them to fix it in the morning because no one answered the phone from reception at night

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind from the moment I arrived. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated how convenient everything was, from the location to the amenities provided. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay again
There were several aspects of my stay that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite poor, making showers less enjoyable, and the toilet flushing system was not functioning properly. Additionally, the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, which led to some discomfort during the stay.
The curtains could not be fully closed, allowing daylight on either side of the curtains early in the morning, which affected sleep quality.
Breakfast options were limited and remained the same over the three days, which became repetitive. The breakfast area also lacked sufficient seating, making it difficult to find a place during busy periods.
Furthermore, having only two coffee stations was not adequate for the number of guests, resulting in unnecessary waiting times. It would also be helpful if the instructions at these stations were available in English to improve accessibility for international visitors.
Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall comfort and guest experience.
