Very close to the Arena and comercial center. Good noise isolation, good ventilation and decent-size bathroom. There was a little kettle :)
Not very comfortable bed, the mattress was a bit hard.

The room was of a good acceptable size, all else was not up to expectations and disappointing
Our toilet was not clean, it wasn’t flushed at all and there was shit literally there! There was also hair in the white towels … the safety latch on the door broken. We had requested for a double bed but we got two singles instead.
The staff were not at the counter and we had to wait there till another visitor let us into the lobby with their key card, the receptionist staff were smoking downstairs.
The water containers at the reception were dry and not replenished. Why call this a 24h reception then?

The location and the friendly staff, and the possible to get vouchers etc. for now having the room cleaned, however it would still be nice to get new towels. Furthermore would be nice if the vouchers were valid for other things than just drinks
The breakfast, the bed in the room, that I wasn´t able to block out the light even though the it is "black out" curtains in the room ( room 934) a corner room, and the lack of cleaning when I received the room on the first day ( I didn´t had any cleaning during my stay )

They offer you 5 euros to not clean your room for two of the three nights you’re there which was appreciated. I did tell the front desk staff that although I was able to get clean towels from the house keeper, I felt that two tiny garbage cans did not work- the dens were not big enough for one night let alone three nights.
Only one pillow on the bed and it was the smallest pillow I have ever had.

Due to a missed flight we had to stay there and they were very friendly and understanding of the situation and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible even if it was just one night.
The location is a bit outside and reachable by the intercity train and a bus which you have to pay separately even if you have a day pass from GVB
