The room was spacious. Quality of food was good and breakfast was good too. The executive lounge was very nice although with limited options of food
The receptionist was not friendly at all. We did not felt welcomed at this hotel. The furniture in room were old and damaged and the hotel needs renovation.

The hotel is beautiful, interior is really nice.
The staff were not friendly I was told I wasn’t going to be charged, which I was, and I was told the deposit was going to be refunded to me, which it wasn’t

Facility overall, location and spacious rooms.
Bathrooms a bit dated. Breakfast should be more varied. Didnt have fish at all eventhough its given in Holland.

I liked the location because it was safe and in an nice area
That they charged me 100 euros insurance and that that 100 euro is still blocked on my creditcard after several phonecalls and email and visit to my bank !

The gym was great.
The hotel is old, the elevators should be renovated. the room wasn't so clean. The coffee at breakfast was bad.

Good location, clean, good breakfast, room was a good size and bright
The parking ahould be run by the hotel, the fact i had to use a 3rd party app to book the parking so i didn’t pay the ridiculous €55 euro/day charge doesn’t make sense. There should be complimentary water in the rooms.

The only hotel we ever stay in Amsterdam. Pet friendly, lovely location on a canal, walking distance to great restaurants and a beautiful park. Far enough away from the noise of the centre but close enough for a good walk
