The hotel is wonderful, very convenient and comfortable. We have stayed there a few times now, and it never disappoints. It is a very striking setting and the views over the city were wonderful.
It is closing for refurbishment imminently, and it was - unfortunately - apparent on occasion that things are a little bit winding down.

Staff, room especially the view was really great. Breakfast was good with new tastes every morning.
Overall small details such as no price menu for the mini bar or room service qr codes not working were nuisances that didn’t go well with Hilton’s service quality.

They don’t have automatic room heating, so when I came back to room it was freezing.

We had a spacious corner room, with balcony and access to executive floor. The outside bar area was on one channel, very relaxing and well equipped.
The receptionist at our arriving was slow and confused - we had two different reservations, one on booking.com and one directly, but it took ages for her to figure it out. If only she was listening.... :-) I have forgotten a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and nobody seemed to care when i called to ask.

Love this spot. Consistency of rooms - rare in Amsterdam. Location walking to Vondel park and oud zuid. I like how it’s not central central
