The location is fantastic. 5-10 minute walk to central train station which made it easy to get too via train from Hook of Holland port. To get to many sight seeing places such as Anne frank house was a 10 minute walk! The room was very homely and had great facilities, the staff were really happy to help and helped booked us a canal tour, the small touches were very personal and was all in all a great experience. We stayed with our small dog and that was no bother, they provided bowls & a blanket which Fifi throughly enjoyed!! We would most definitely return - thank you!
Nothing ! The carpet in our room had cleaning stains however appreciated it was a pet friendly room, it was very clean and had all we needed.

Location was perfect, lovely canal views, close to railway station and great shopping and cruise terminals. The suite was well appointed, good bathroom, modern. Good luggage storage, handy little honesty shop downstairs. For us it was a great stay!
There were quite a few steps to negotiate with suitcases, the floor was on a bit of a slope in our room and had a beam in an awkward position as is not unusual in such a historic building, but needs to be considered by some people. Tea and coffee was only supplied for one cup.

The view.
The bed is too soft, the bathroom too small and you have to duck every time you need to go the the loo. The property takes your money without your permission, after it stated that you will pay at the property. No milk for the coffee. The stove light stays on. The floors creak. The front desk lady is rude and gives little to no information.

Beautiful area. Good beds. Very helpful staff.
Kitchen equipped but nothing extra. Had to ask twice for extra toilet paper as we stayed for 5 nights. Watch out for the small letters -no cleaning for the whole period we stayed. After asking for clean towels -got them every day.
