Friendly staff, cleanliness and proximity to metro.
The parking was a downside with unloading etc. There was parking for a fee but it wasn't easily accessed if the regular lot was full.

Everything was great. The room was very warm which was perfect. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast was good. The waffle machine was the best.

Generous and varied breakfast. Great location—away from the busiest neighborhoods but with an excellent tram connection (just 3 stops) to the central station
The room was a good size for two people, but it turned out to be rather tight when occupied by three
