You are not allowed to smoke at your rooms balcony. You should go outside the hotel to smoke.

Comfortable and clean hotel with good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also easy to reach by car and public transport.
The airconditioner/heater is quite noisy.

Very clean and tidy hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Special thanks to Mary Grace for her excellent assistance during breakfast. The reception team was also very helpful in recommending great places to eat and beautiful spots to visit in Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Ease of access to the hotel; literally 3 stops down the tram line from Amsterdam Centraal and then a two minute walk from the stop.
The breakfast was fantastic too. Great range and excellent quality.
