Staff was friendly location was OK close to the train station. Beds very comfortable. For the price tag a lot of amenities not included. They don't have USB plug-in. Booked a room for two people. We get one water. Little things like that slowest flushing toilets I've ever seen. No coffee machine. Etc. You would think for the price you would get like five star treatment or least 4 star. I've had better amenities provided in three star.
Properties nice close to the train station. I can't believe how much litter there is outside, but I think that's the case for all of Amsterdam.

The location of the property was excellent. It stands a few meters from the metro and train station and you can be in the centre of Amsterdam in 15 minutes ( the same for the airport). A good varied breakfast was included and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent choice for visting Amsterdam, for us anyways. I like the fact that the lobby has a nice seating area where you can have a dirnk at night. It is convenient, new and comfortable. It takes 10 or 12 minutes to get to Centraal. They have an excellent breakfast and good prices. We will stay here again.
This would be perfect if it was downtown, but it is new so it isn't!

Excellent location next to Bijlmer Arena train station. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
This was not my most pleasant stay, unfortunately. I stayed in room 501, which I, admittedly, should have asked to change from the beginning and I did not. Being located next to the store / janitor's room comes with a lot of noise, shaking wall (which turned out to be very thing) and rest disruption. Had to come out from my room twice and ask the housekeeping staff, admittedly busy with their work, to be quieter. Housekeeping in general could be a bit better.

Disappointing
It was very convenient that the location is close to Ziggo Dome, as we came to Amsterdam for a concert.
Breakfast has a very modest selection. The room was quite cold, and the air conditioner could not be set to a warmer temperature. The hotel has floor-to-ceiling windows that do not open, so it is not possible to properly ventilate the room. Even though the booking was for two people, there was only one duvet.
