The hotel was located absolutely beautiful beside the Arena, direct connections to the inner city by Metro or Train. The staff were very attentive and friendly! Skipping cleaning service and getting a drinks/snacks voucher is an amazing idea, very green!
Would’ve fancied more options at breakfast, but it was tasty nevertheless. Also maybe some slippers in the room would’ve been nice, there were some at the reception but you had to pay for them.

No furniture in the room, even no bedside tables or moveable hangers, chests. No where to hang or put clothes.

The customer service was excellent, particularly from the receptionist who welcomed me (I think her name was Teresa). The breakfast was enjoyable and of good quality; while the variety was somewhat limited, I was satisfied with the selection offered.
Well located to the station.
My stay lasted three days. During this time, I noticed that a sweetener I had accidentally spilled on the table was not cleaned. While I would have been happy to clean it myself, I did not have the necessary cleaning materials. It was disappointing to observe that, although towels were replaced and new cups provided, visible dirt on the tables was not attended to. I assume this may be in line with standard protocol, but it would be appreciated if such details were given more attention and place tidied up.

Great hotel. The room was big and very clean, and the variety at breakfast was perfectly fine. The facilities are well maintained, and having bar service available until late is a real plus — especially after a long day of walking, when all you want is to relax with a drink at the hotel.
The staff is super friendly, professional, and welcoming. I want to highlight Libertad, she handled our check in. She gave us excellent insights and advice about the city when we asked, offering truly kind and professional service.
