Disappointing
It was very convenient that the location is close to Ziggo Dome, as we came to Amsterdam for a concert.
Breakfast has a very modest selection. The room was quite cold, and the air conditioner could not be set to a warmer temperature. The hotel has floor-to-ceiling windows that do not open, so it is not possible to properly ventilate the room. Even though the booking was for two people, there was only one duvet.

Stadium and Ziggo Dome are in walking distance. Car parking is possible in a gated parking garage nearby, where charging of electric vehicles is also possible (provider is Vattenfall).
The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay.
The bed blanket was a bit too small for two people. A second blanket would have been ideal. But I am sure if I would have asked for one, they would have provided one.

I loved how close it was to the station, the place was really comfy, beds and room tidy and clean.
The receptionist was amazing, super helpful with everything we needed.
Breakfast was really good too, and we even met a girl from Spain who was on exchange—she was super nice. 10/10 for her!

Location was great , also the facilities were decent.
The walls were very thin, and the couple staying next to us was fighting quite loudly . As a result we were unable to sleep at night .
The breakfast was almost all out by 9:30 am and the staff would not refill anything for us.
Most of the people working y the front desk spoke very poorly English .
It was not a bad hotel but definitely overpriced for what you would expect to get

Wonderful
Excellent location, situtated next to the train and metro station and the Amsterdam Arena. We went for a concert at Ziggo Dome, which was only an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. Super easy access by car, I have used the car park for a daily fee of 35 euros. We have used the metro the next day to go to the city centre, fast and convenient! There is also plenty of bars and restaurants at the area, plus an AH supermarket that is located 100 meters from the hotel!
The staff was super professional, polite and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was more than satisfactory!
I did not find anything that I disliked during my stay.

Room spacious, the location is perfect for getting to centraal and back, additionally the ability to take the train from the closest station to the airport is such a time saver.
The shower didn't drain too well so that was the only dislike for the entire stay.

The breakfast lounge was very nicely placed as you could sit next to the window and enjoy a nice view of the square. The breakfast offer itself was also pretty ample for what you usually get in the Netherlands. The location is nice enough and the staff was friendly.
I think it's a bit of a stupid idea to have a joint bar and reception. It took so long to check-in even though no one was there except for a bar customer. I was asked for many documents which made the process really time consuming and gave the impression they were understaffed. At most hotels nowadays you can drop the key card in a designated place for check out..
The bathroom cleanliness was underwhelming, I found some hairs and part of the shower was full of calcar, which definitely does not rise up to Hilton standards. Furthermore, the walls were probably not very well insulated as I could hear most low pitched sounds from other rooms. I have a 7 to 7 schedule sometimes during the week, so forward to a good night's sleep on a Friday night, thus I found it very unpleasant that I could not get the best rest.
I paid 35 euros for parking and the garage was accessible only from the side through a parking ticket which I never received.. I could not go back to my car until next morning as there was no personnel available during the weekend to give me access.

Staff were super kind and gave us rooms on the same floor, we didn't request it but they did the extra step which I am very thankful for. Also, great ambiance wise in the lobby, the rooms were spacious and clean, beds, extra comfy and showers were great!!
