Wonderful
This is an excellent choice for visting Amsterdam, for us anyways. I like the fact that the lobby has a nice seating area where you can have a dirnk at night. It is convenient, new and comfortable. It takes 10 or 12 minutes to get to Centraal. They have an excellent breakfast and good prices. We will stay here again.
This would be perfect if it was downtown, but it is new so it isn't!

The staff at reception are always so friendly and helpful, especially Libertad. The other staff are great too.
The bed is very comfortable, and the room is generally fine. Breakfast is good, and it would be great if there were apricot jam and marmalade, and if the fruit juices were "not from concentrate".
It's good to have fruit juice at breakfast, but the orange juice in particular has a slightly chemical taste.
In the room, some more space (drawers or shelves) for clothes would be helpful. Also, the design of the wardrobe/bathroom door is very odd. You have to be careful coming out of the bathroom in case your roommate is using the wardrobe, as they're likely to be clouted by the door. Who thought that arrangement would be a good idea?!

Perfectly located for the AFAS arena and nearby train station. It was also very clean, comfortable and they have discounts for nearby restaurants.

Nothing at all!
Bed mattress was really hot. Bathroom was dirty. Everywhere was a strange even though I complain but nothing has been changed. I ask about the towel. They denied to give me the towel. They said you are just one day only.

Excellent location next to Bijlmer Arena train station. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
This was not my most pleasant stay, unfortunately. I stayed in room 501, which I, admittedly, should have asked to change from the beginning and I did not. Being located next to the store / janitor's room comes with a lot of noise, shaking wall (which turned out to be very thing) and rest disruption. Had to come out from my room twice and ask the housekeeping staff, admittedly busy with their work, to be quieter. Housekeeping in general could be a bit better.

The hotel was in a great place for the concert we were attending at the ziggodome, the breakfast was nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff we met were nice also.
On arrival we were told we needed to pay extra tax on our booking, despite having paid in full in advance with no right to cancel. And although i understand the government said this tax had to be paid even if the booking was paid for in advance, I don't feel it was right for a hotel chain as big as the hilton group to demand more payment on fully confirmed and paid booking on arrival without giving the option for us to cancel our booking without penalty. These are not fair terms of service. I will never book a hilton hotel again. Also the room was on the first floor and overlooked the bar area, so we had absolutely no view and had to keep the curtains closed at all times. To add insult to injury the shower never got above luke warm.

One lady at frony desk super rude and charged wrong card after the correct card was tapped at checking in. So always check your bank accounts.
