Location for music gig. Location to central Amsterdam, ease of accommodation and ease of staff
Slightly firm mattress and softer than normal pillows, but everything else was very good

Room was great, breakfast was good but super busy at the weekend.Staff we're nice and it was a great location for our visit. Free drinks if we didn't have a room clean each day which was appreciated

It is a really great location. Lots of places to eat and drink and the train station is right outside the hotel. The breakfast was also nice

The room was clean, properly warmed, and the shower was all in working order. Bed was adequate, though I can agree with other reviewers that it's quite firm.
I liked the breakfast. Everything was hot, plenty, and seasoned properly.
Minuses are lack of a fridge in room, quite small rooms, slow elevators (even though there are 3, I rather took the stairs),
Paying full price for parking (40 euros, which is even a few euros more expensive than the surrounding parking garages) when you already booked a room is below expectation. Between 10 and 20 would be acceptable, but this makes me reconsider this hotel for future visits.

Staff was great, polite, welcoming and with good initiative.
Truly green hotel with meaningful actions and incentives to skip cleaning.
Proximity to train & metro. Direct link to airport
No recycling near the rooms.
Breakfast options were poor for a Hilton, no real nutritious options for vegetarians
Mattress could be better
