Hotel right beside arena for concert, couldn’t be closer! Staff so helpful, we landed in Amsterdam at 9am and we went directly to hotel to drop our bags but the lovely Receptionist checked if our room was ready and it was so we could rest after a 3am start, wonderful surprise. Our room was right beside elevators but didn’t hear a thing. Beds so comfy. Reception decked out in balloons for Harry Styles which gave a great photo opportunity for everyone. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more if you are attending a concert. We skipped breakfast in lieu of extra sleep.

Great location. Close to the airport and easy to get to the city centre.
We had to wait half an hour to check in since staff were going through the queue so slowly. They didn’t even acknowledge the crazy wait when it was our turn to check in.
The breakfast was terrible. We also bought a bottle of wine and the staff didn’t even have a bottle opener we could use. We forgot our phone adaptor and were offered to buy an adaptor instead of borrowing it for half an hour.
The hotel room had no fridge and the kettle was in a weird location, not even near a plug. The bathroom wasn’t very clean (piece of see through plastic rubbish on the ground) and there’s marks on the walls and carpets.

Ideal location for staying near to Amsterdam , with the station and Ajax stadium right next door.
The location, the friendly staff and lovely rooms , breakfast is available and is excellent value so tick the box.

Excellent location for a concert in the ArenA! Very comfortable and nice buffet breakfast
We had an issue with the payment - it was taken twice and the second payment was only refunded after check out. This caused me issues when at the venue I didn’t realise this had happened and had not enough money (on 32 degree weather warning ) to buy drinks and food.

Cute hotel, very close to the arena and the train station so it’s the best option for people that want to arrive fast to the room after a concert. Breakfast was good as well. They were nice and gave us free drinks for my mom’s birthday.
Some of the staff wasn’t very professional and didn’t know basic things. The bar of the hotel had very small variety. Room was a bit old

Staying in this hotel , reminded me what it feels to be treated with kindness. The reception staff were more than professional , they were there for us. Isabella and the colleagues remind me what is much important..To be firstly humans... The even gave us their own personal umbrella to go for a walk. Thank you so much
