Excellent breakfast and AMAZING location…
The front desk breakfast guy with long hair was wonderful, extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face.
The 2 front desk ladies, especially the one with the curly hair… she needs a raise. She handles stress around check in like A PRO . Absolutely brilliant
There was a misunderstanding about my reservation, so I ended up with a very tight room for 2 kids and 2 adults.
Our bedsheets were not changed throughout our stay but the room was very cleaned up.

Great location, right in front of the metro line 54, which is very convenient for getting to the city center easily and without any transfers
Our stay coincided with a Jehovah's Witnesses gathering. They had a banner set up right at the entrance, and the lobby was constantly crowded with people wearing badges who were staying there for their event. It would have been much better if they had used a dedicated meeting room instead of the main lobby, which other guests also need for sitting down and relaxing upon arrival

Good location - 20 mins from airport 20 mins from central on train. Not in the hustle and bustle but easy enough to get there. Very close to the station - 2 min walk. We took the bus to Efteling which was right next to station - super easy.
Gym opens at 6am - not really sure why it can’t be 24 hours. Meant couldn’t use before leaving on the Monday morning. Was a little noisy on the Friday night with restaurants next door

The beds. This isn’t just this Hampton it’s a problem across all of your hotels. The beds are too small and uncomfortable.

Cheap hotel accomodation outside the main centre - supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Right next to Metro

Best is the location. Could not possibly be better. Staff are very helpful, polite and can't do enough to help.
Snacks and drinks are quite expensive. Small bottle of water cost €3.75. Small bottle of beer, €6.50.

It was very close to public transportation, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Nice breakfast.
It could have been better if a fridge was facilitated in rooms to keep our foods.

Sofa bed matress was uncomfortable. Paid €40 for parking 1 night and ticket for getting in and out didn't work not even 1 single time. We had to call reception many times. Awful.
