It’s a good average hotel. Good location. Close to public transportation.

I stayed at your hotel for five nights, from 12/23 to 12/28, during which my room was not cleaned a single time. This is very ridiculous!!
What makes this situation even more concerning is that during the middle three nights of my stay, I personally went to the front desk to report the issue.
And the front desk told us that she will take a note and told housekeeping to watch out our room 524. Even though I’m doing the three night, each day I returned to my room, dirty towels still there and trash can still full. They just stayed with us for five night, again, this is very ridiculous and unprofessional

At busy times breakfast was a free for all, people just pushing in. The staff did well to manage this however, there was apoint where there were no clean cups or plates available.
