The location is good, literaly just outside the metro/train station Arena so you have good connections. The staff was always very nice and very helpful.
Breakfast was decent and included in our room price.
Great option to opt out of cleaning for a drink per person (each day of stay) :D
A/C working well
The rooms have very old furniture. The bathroom lacked a cleaning brush for example and it's in big need of some renovations.
The tv didn't really work, couldnt connect airplay or anything to it (even if it had it available)
If you exceed a week stay you need to pay for wifi. Also for the free week, you need to make an account. It's 2026, wifi should just be high speed, free and available everywhere.
The area is a little bit sketchy. Around the metro station, after evening hours, it gets crowded with homeless people and other weird persons.
