The location was great, it connection to the malls, breakfast was fantastic and it was very neat.
Language barrier, I didn't like the bed size am used to very big beds. 6 by 6should be a minimum size for a couple.

I had a great stay! The location is excellent — close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-kept. Overall, a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!
I just wanted to share some honest feedback. The bathroom in my room wasn’t as clean as I expected — there was some dirt or buildup in the corners and on the floor. It wasn’t enough to ruin my stay, but I hope housekeeping can be a little more thorough in the future. Thank you.

Very very close to the metro station.
We reserved it at the weekend. and it was very crowded (the breakfast was not bad but very crowded); also, the breakfasts were similar in our three days of staying, without diversity. We expected different. types of cheese in a hotel in Amsterdam, but it was very simple.

The location is key—it’s right next to a train station, so it’s pretty easy to move around the city. Breakfast was a little crowded, and there were only two coffee machines, so we needed to queue for a bit to get our drinks. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Overall, I really liked the hotel, the staff, and its location.

Amazing location just 30 sec from station, night to the gate there is a lovely restaurant offering halal food and has great variety of food they offer like international cuisine and Indian cuisine as well.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfy with a giant window with the area view it was perfect
The breakfast was the best they had a lot of food variety and great waffle maker and everyone was super lovely and helpful

Location is great BUT they were overbooked and I had to fight to get a room that I had already pay for. They wanted to move me even tho I booked this hotel specifically because of proximity to the Ziggo dome
They overbooked and turn around several people that were going to a concert the same day!

Even thought the hotel is situated about 15 minutes by train from central Amsterdam, the location was great. It is easy to access by train and not so busy as in the main city. It also has all the necessary amenities, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and helpful (especially Esther) and the breakfast had a good variety to choose from.
The hotel is very popular, so breakfast gets very busy in the morning.
