My room was large and spacious with good comfort and facilities. Because I didn't stay for very long, I was offered to skip housekeeping in exchange for a drink at the bar. I thought that was a nice offer, and I accepted it.
I didn't like the fact that I automatically became a member of Hilton Honors following the stay, something the hotel staff didn't inform me of in advance, because I didn't sign up for it and wouldn't have done so.

Very clean, great location and friendly staff.
The Organisation of breakfast wasn't great. Only two coffee/tea/hot water machines available. Very busy with guests even though three different times of serving.
The shower wasn't very warm!

Breakfast was good. Location was very good- a few steps from Metro station. Staff were very nice. Rooms were comfortable to sleep in. No issues with noise from outside during our stay.
Wardrobes did not have any shelves to put clothes on. The bathroom door was a sliding door which was shared with the wardrobe but did close completely- so doesn't provide privacy.

The bed is very comfortable
The breakfast area is not enough for such a large number of people. The orange juice is horrible

Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good for the price. It was in a great area with comprehensive travel connections and there were many restaurants around the area.
Air conditioner was very noisy, we moved rooms but it was still the same. Early morning we could hear the cleaning staff in a room next door moving things around and banging on the wall with equipment. We had already moved rooms once so just put up with it.
