The bed is very comfy but the pillows not to comfy. Very nearby the train and tram station. It’s perfect if you want to attend a concert in the arena of ziggo dome. The breakfast is very standart.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam and, overall, the best things about the hotel were definitely the location and the friendly staff.
The location is excellent, being right next to the train station, with easy and direct trains into Amsterdam Central. This made getting into the city very convenient and was a real highlight of our stay.
The rooms were clean, although they felt quite dated. The bathrooms in particular could do with some attention, with the silicone around the shower areas needing to be replaced.
Unfortunately, breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We stayed over a busy Sunday morning and the breakfast area was extremely crowded, with long queues and very little seating available. The quality of the food was also poor, and unfortunately none of us were able to find anything we could eat, so we ended up having to get breakfast once we were in Amsterdam.
It’s worth noting that this may have been due to the particularly busy Sunday morning, and perhaps breakfast is a better experience during the week or at less busy times.
The friendly staff and fantastic location were definitely the positives, but based on our experience, breakfast and some of the room facilities could be improved.

Very close to AFAS Live if you go for a concert is ideal. 30 min by metro to the center.
The neighbourhood doesn’t feel the safest, the breakfast is extremely crowded, there is only one extra pillow in a two-bed room. No toilet brush!!

Some parts were missing in the bathroom. Also it was really dusty. The plug for the hair dryer is impossible to connect. It will fall off and it’s really difficult to see where to plug it in since you would have to stick your head underneath the mirror to see it. Really bad design.

The breakfast was very good and was served until 11:00, perfect. The staff were very helpful with information and booking taxis. the location is 15 mins by train into Amsterdam, the train station is 1 min walk from the hotel, Wonderfull. Shcipol is 20 minus by taxi and cost 70 euros.

I was overcharged, my final bill sent to me was for 361.88 euros, yet instead of taking an approval at check in they charged me £336-35, which some how used dynamic charging. I said I wanted to pay in euros - NOT POUNDS.
The hotel ignored it, cheap nasty trick. This is awful and I will get this chaged back to my mastercard - well done hotel, this took the edge off my trip. I was conned by a big chain watch out

Location was a 15minute train to central station. Breakfast was good, but very crowded. There is a local grocery store close which was useful. Comfortable beds.
Bigger area for breakfast but no real complaints.
