The hotel was opposite the train station (though you could not hear it), making it very easy to find and convenient to travel the 10-15 mins into the centre each morning. The room was large and modern, and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
There was a fire alarm at 5 am one morning, which was a bit disorganised, as no staff came out to help let people know what to do about returning to their rooms. Guess just one of those things and did not affect our stay. Once we got back inside, they were helpful, though.

Close location to ArenA. We attended concert that's why location was a priority. Nice breakfast - you have that bare minimum to start your day. Quite big room (Standard Twin). The train station is very close.
The surroundings near the hotel are really creepy. A lot of homeless people, garbage, such a terrible smell..
When we came, the receptionist unexpectedly asked us for additional fee because we had made the reservation long time ago. WHAAAT??!! Like this is exactly the essence of early bird reservations: 1. to secure the room. 2. to fix the payment sum! We were asked to pay additional 65 euro for 3 nights.. I faced this for the first time. And of course the impression of the hotel was damaged from the begining. We booked the hotel 6 months prior the stay and paid everything beforehand. Such a disappointment.
The room is pretty old. The sheets and towels were not quite fresh, with someone's hair :/
The shampoo and soap were very disgusting to use as it was literally the strange mix of different liquids.

Clean comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Easily accessible from the airport and the city via public transport. Grocery store right in front of the hotel. Easy access to the arena.

Disappointing
When we enter the room was smell not dress as the window can’t open so no fresh air at all. The part of it that they have the hiding cost for parking car which cost you 40 euro per night, you can’t cancel your booking anymore when you arrive at the hotel . This parking fee information suppose to be explain in your booking so no surprice cost
