I like the fact i could check out quickly but did not like the fact i booked a queen size bed and they gave me a normal bed . They wanted initially to give me two single bed. The iron was not working and the cushions were not comforatble.
The service was appauling. Apart from izabella who was helpful. The room was notnwhat i ordered . I ordered a queen size bed and they gave me a normal bed. Initially they wanted to give me two single bed stating it was wrongly booked by booking.com
The irom was not working . They didnt offer us an upgrade .

I had a great stay! The location is excellent — close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-kept. Overall, a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!
I just wanted to share some honest feedback. The bathroom in my room wasn’t as clean as I expected — there was some dirt or buildup in the corners and on the floor. It wasn’t enough to ruin my stay, but I hope housekeeping can be a little more thorough in the future. Thank you.

Location was excellent. Metres from the Metro, supermarket & Ajax stadium. Also a nice few restaurants close by offering a discount off the bill. Quality & range of food was very good. Room was spacious & hotel was well appointed.
Lack of storage for clothes. 2 small bedside drawers, no shelves & minimal hangers. Room safe didn't work, shower took ages to drain & sink was cracked.

Great location. right next to the train station and concert venues.
The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. The blow dryer was disgusting and sticky. The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. It was mostly ok, but there were spatters of some sort on the backboard of the bed, the back of the sink was bit dirty etc. It feels like they only surface clean the room. The breakfast buffet is quite disappointing too. It is small, so everyone is in each other's way, everything was continuously out so we spent a lot of time waiting for refills.

Old hotel, dirty, even dirty towels provided at our arrival, mold in the bathrooms, very low quality breakfast with crowds of people queuing. We were promised rooms at least next to each other but that was not the case. Very low quality of the toiletries.

Excellent location and good breakfast. Rooms could have been slightly bigger. It is very close to the train and metro station and that is a great advantage

Location is nice as it's 1 min. walk to the train station and about 20-30 min. to reach the center of the city by train.
The room is quite spacious and there is an elevator.
Breakfast is also nice and there is a large variety which guests can choose from.
The room could have been cleaner, there were hairs in the shower and the first night we stayed we had a drainage block so we couldn't shower (fixed by the second night after we reported it to the front desk).
The hand soap device was broken and leaking so we had no hand soap to wash our hands as it was on the floor instead (although this was also reported to the desk it was not fixed).
The beds were very hard and not comfortable so we did not get a good night's sleep which in turn took it's tole on our travel days as we were tired and hurting.
There is no way to darken the room, there are big windows (that do not open) but the curtains are not sealed so even if you close them, the morning sun light can easily get through and wake you up.
Even the utilities were a bit off as there were four of us (2 adults + 2 teans) but only 2 glasses in the room for tea which was the only offered extra in the room.. no coffee, no fridge.
