One lady at frony desk super rude and charged wrong card after the correct card was tapped at checking in. So always check your bank accounts.

I mainly give this and review, because this hotel confused me with another person who has the same first name as me (not at all special) and during my stay I was charged with whatever this person had to pay. By the time I arrived I told the employee that this wasn't my name and to make sure I had the right room and booking. In total I was charged 7 times with different amount of moneys. The hotel ensured me that I'd get my money back as soon as I check out. This was not the case, instead they charged my credit card for an 8th time with a very strange amount of money.

The rooms were clean and quiet, the hotel is opposite the metro station which meant travelling into the centre really easy. The staff were fab, really helpful and welcoming. Lots of variety for breakfast which was a great start to the day. We will definitely be back!

room: Very cosy with everything you could need, super clean and with air conditioner was perfect for me and Fiancé.
location: It has most if not more than enough shops to keep you busy, transport is perfect as the station is within a few minutes walking distance, you have the supermarket right beside it so no need to worry for essentials, also has arcade so can keep family, kids, friends busy/entertained

Staff were amazing from arrival, throughout our stay and on leaving. Rooms were good sizes, great location for transport into central and the airport.
