The staff was extremely friendly and nice.
You can't pay for your stay in cash. When paying by card, a strange amount is reserved that hasn't been refunded even 12 days later. They don't even reply to the second email, except to ask about the money. My friends booked a completely random amount in the same way, but they refunded it. We haven't received our money back! There's also no toilet brush in the rooms

Very nice and good hotel. Very clean. Large rooms and good maintenance of all the amenities. High quality line and toiletries. Good breakfast. Very good location for commuting to every part of the city and airport, being near the public transportation station. Nice and welcoming staff.
The heating did not work very well. The thermostat was set to a maximum 25 degree Celsius, which should be more than enough, however the temperature did not move above 18-19. Though we did not report to the reception as long as was at the end no very uncomfortable.

The staff was really nice and the room was very clean. The location is directly by the train station and has a privat parking (35€ / night). There is also a gamestate which I really liked and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets
The breakfast was not vegan friendly and you didn't had a good range of food. Although it is basically free, I had some expectations for the breakfast.

The location is great, check-in was flawless
Bed was very hard and the toilet didnt flush. There was no coffee machine and fridge which I would expect for the amount of money. Breakfast was mediocare at best, mushy and luke warm food.

Location was fantastic with excellent transport links and shops and restaurants minutes walk.
Breakfast was adequate - waffle machine a hit with my son
Car parking - easy to use and close by hotel although should be a drop off area for those with large amounts of luggage.
Bar open till 1am.
Breakfast - orange juice - not pure! Hash browns cold and stale.
No fridge in bedroom for items such as medication.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Located right beside the train station and supermarkets. We stayed here to attend AMF festival in the arena which was 2 minute walk away.
The bed was very uncomfortable it was like lying on a plank of wood. I didn't like that the toilet door was a sliding door and didn't fully close, not much privacy.
