Staff were friendly, breakfast was great. Perfect location when going to watch a concert at ziggo Dome or AFAS. Room was super clean and preheated, checking and out was super easy.
I found that the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I hardly slept.

Nice business hotel conveniently located few steps away from Bijlmer Arena train station and from the Arena itself. Several good restaurants around. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff. Will stay again.

Excellent location, close to trains, shops and restaurants. Loved the free drinks if you decline room service. Staff were really friendly and helpful at every meeting with them. Air conditioning / heating was good.
Iron didn't really steam. We got a replacement from housekeeping, but that one wasn't great either.

The breakfast is good. The hotel is close to major facilities and shops around. The popular AJAX stadium is less than 300 m walk
No lunch and dinner provided by the restaurant after breakfast. Ypu have to walk out to get that. However the restaurants the plain or square beside the hotel has excellent dishes

The breakfast was very good
The heater wasn’t working on our room and the staff did nothing about it. Just an extra blanket and that wasn’t nearly enough. We slept really bad.

Room was massive so that was a positive. Location was handy for the concert plus there’s a supermarket nearby too with a big range of food available.
Breakfast was a mess. Seemed like a free for all even though you were meant to pick a time with the card, you could see cards in their box were someone was meant to be checking with new times wrote on top in sharpie. Couldn’t get a drink with our breakfast because the queue was too long. Food was ok but I think the London Hampton by Hilton’s are a bit better when it comes to the breakfast.

Location is great for a concert night and being next to the station
The bathroom door didn’t close completely, the room was not clean with crumbs on the carpet, a stain splotch mark on the blanket and dirty downstairs toilets near the reception

Overall no major complaints about the hotel, location or room. All of the staff members were very very friendly and professional. I'd stay here again and recommend this location to others.
