The location to the Airport, 19$ euros to Airport by Uber $29 euros by taxi from Airport. Included breakfast. Beds were comfortable.
Only one bath towel and one hand towel in a twin bed room. ONLY one USB plug in room.

This is a very unreliable property and staff. I booked 2 rooms and on arrival i was told i had 4 rooms which is not true as my booking reference from Booking.com states 2 adult rooms for 1 night. They proceeded to charge my credit card even after the proof that this was not the case. I have sent proof by mail to both the property and Booking.com. I have called booking 2 times who promised to resolve this issue to no avail. All efforts to reach the property by phone has failed, i keep getting feedback that their mailbox is full. Very poor service for a hotel of this magnitude. I told my collogue and she had the same experience with this brand in UK. I am yet to receive any feedback after 3 weeks and my refund for 2 fictive rooms that i did not book.

Transportation was very convenient (close to the airport, easy to reach Amsterdam Centre Station by train), and the rooms were quiet.
We were able to serve an early breakfast before we cached the flight, we believe it opens at 6am. The food was good and diverse.
We booked a double room, but we were missing the towels for the second guest, not a big deal.

The clerk at the Registration desk couldn’t help me so I was referred to “Radu.” He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me confirm my United Airline reservation. This was on January 3rd, 2026.
Radu is a top employee and is the “go to” person when an employee has a problem they can’t handle.

The rest of the staff was very nice
The night manager was very rude, she was complaining because people kept arriving and, as the receptionist had troubles finding my reservation, she told me that I should leave.
At the end my reservation was right.
