Great location great staff and very clean and comfortable.
Didnt think 830 merited a 3 night stay. Too pricey. Especially with no breakfast

It was well situated.
The bed and the pillows were really not comfortable. I had back pain . The shower pressure was really weak. Not that much gluten free option for breakfast.

Adequate room for one, spacious by Amsterdam standards. Breakfast was excellent, setting and decor very restful with garden outlook.
Bathroom was built into room, restricted space, disappointing. Reception staff were helpful but not overly friendly.

The staff were outstanding, as helpful and friendly as they come. A small selection of "things I always forget" (or TSA decided I couldn't carry) was avaliable in the lobby, had all the things I needed, and prices weren't exorbitant. They also had snacks, beverages (including beer), and more. The room was small in terms of square footage, but lovely. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The Internet was reliable; there were multiple USB ports in the room for charging devices. There was sufficient storage for clothes, etc.
There wasn't much to not like! But we either left too early or arrived too late so we never had their breakfast, although the buffet they served looked wonderful. We only saw it because we stopped for a quick cup of coffee to go a couple times. It seemed a little pricey when purchased separately from the room. The restaurant wasn't open at other times of the day.

The location of the hotel is great. One block away from tram line 14, which takes you right to Amsterdam Central (the main train station in town). You can use the GVB app to buy tram tickets online. The Amsterdam zoo is half a block away from the tram stop and also well worth a visit. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful.
My single room was very small but adequate. The walls are very thin and I could easily understand the conversation my neighbors were having in the room next to me. Not so much a problem during the day but not fun at 3am.

Hotel room is very small , bathroom door shorter than floor , extra small bathroom, dirty curtains and walls , no towels were supplied next day , self check in desk in dutch language , staff not friendly , no helpful, breakfast was awful and very litlle choices , very far from city centre . It is a 4 star hotel but i would give less than 3 . I wouldn't comeback there .

All the staff on reception were extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
Small sink under shelf made it pretty impossible to wash your face. It was further away from center than I had anticipated.
