It’s in a fantastic location and very chilled vibe considering the pubs and clubs are so close by. And the ice dispenser.
Had to call for iron, would be good if there was one already in the room.

The place
No signs to this place which is off Rembrandt square. Very difficult to find and had to get staff to come out and wave. I walked round in the location for over an hour ... Forget booking here

Fab location. Spacious clean rooms. Well kept facilities
Ran out of certain items such as coffee, toilet roll etc, had to request on more than one occasion for these to be provided. I didn’t expect cleaning during the stay, but I would have expected these to be checked and topped up daily

It’s so central rooms are fabulous and the staff are very kind I arrived earlier than anticipated and the staff let me check in early !!
How close it is to everything it’s a 30 minute walk to Amsterdam central but it’s such a nice walk

Room size good - deluxe double
Had to be asked to be moved as the room I booked wasn’t the room I got. The pillows are sooooo large and hard. Bed comfortable though.

Accomodation was good and well presented. We were lucky to get early access and late checkout which was much appreciated.
There were only small towels in our room.no bath towels and the safe was broken.
Also we were granted a late checkout but fifteen minutes before the receptionist came to the room and threatened to charge 25 Euros if we were not out by 1pm. We checked out at 12.55 . They also charged us for 2 breakfasts which we did not have.
I put these down to human error and would gladly stay here again.

I have to say our stay was wonderful. The hotel provided a very nice breakfast with good options. Location was perfect as it allowed us to be right in the center of things. Staff was very helpful at arrival/departure. Water temp/pressure was great. The ability to adjust our room temp was great.
Honestly, there is nothing that made me unhappy during our stay. I wish the room was a little larger as I never put my suitcase on the bed and it took some maneuvering to open it up on the floor. I think a bit more sound proofing would be good. I didn't appreciate hearing the lady next to us having sex.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, lots of restaurants and bars just steps away.
The room was not clean enough, and ran out of toilet paper even just after the room make up in the morning.
