Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, lots of restaurants and bars just steps away.
The room was not clean enough, and ran out of toilet paper even just after the room make up in the morning.

Located near bustling Rembrandt square but in a quite lane. Room was nice, bit pricey though. Comfy bed. Plenty of food options all around.

The location is good.
The room was poorly configured and as a result I felt like I was in a railroad sleeper. I had to move chairs to get to the closet and coffee maker, then move them back to get back to the bed. There was no place to lay out my suitcase except under the bed which is not accessible. Since the closet was not easily accessible that was not a convenient option. The room was so cramped I would not stay there again. I have stayed in many comparably priced hotels in the same neighborhood that are much more comfortable. The lack of a mini fridge was also a negative. I would have preferred a mini fridge to the disco lighting option provided.

Our breakfast was as expected. Location was central, which made it easy to tour Amsterdam. Our room was adequately spacious. Shower/bathtub was nice.
Our room which was nice could have been cleaner (bathroom - toothpaste on wall and sink upon checkin). Location was a bit noisy at night, but somewhat understandable due to the hotels location.

Location is ok, it's central, a bit on the seedy side of things. Staff were quite helpful.
Room had an odor. Carpets could use replacing. Pillows were huge and hard and uncomfortable and they didn't have smaller ones. It's all a little worn out and has that seedy feel. For 250+ euro per night, definitely not great value for money.

The location was fantastic
You had to request to have your room cleaned. And when they didn’t clean your room they didn’t change towels or replenish tea/coffee. I finally asked them to clean the room after screw days and they turned up at 4pm to do it, when we’d just got back to the room!

Irene was amazing! Welcoming, friendly, helpful.
Temperature was locked at 23 degrees- too hot!
Bed was too hard, pillows too big.
Bathroom not private- glass wall.
Requested 2 hairdryers - both blew only cold air.
Room not cleaned until 6:30pm.
