The bar and restaurant area is beautiful, the rooms were clean and modern, the location was great for getting to the bars in Rembrandt Square and not a long walk from Rokin station making it very accessible
On the chat we were offered a free taxi to the airport when leaving but this was unavailable on the day of. Other than that we had a great time

Service staff at the front desk, and the cleaning crew were all polite and helpful. The lobby was lovely.
The cute hotel I booked was apparently bought out by the "Hipster Hilton", which I was not too happy with. My friend's room was like a matchbox and mine was like a hallway, both with fever-dream wallpaper. I'm sure there's a market for this sort of hotel, but it's not two older ladies. Lots of construction work going on with the "NYX" side of the hotel.

Nice and clean room.
No mini-fridge in the room. I need to store my medicine in the fridge, but there is no mini-fridge inside.
It's hard to get in-touch via messages here in booking or via phone in room with the staff.
3 out of 6 nights we woke up because of the construction noise inside the building (awful).

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Ideal location to explore. Quirky hotel.
Room cleanliness was poor. We found rubbish on the window sill and washed blood off the tiles in the bathroom as we asked for it to be cleaned and it was still there. However, we were offered a new room but we declined just asking for it to be cleaned which obviously it wasn’t.
