You have to notify reception before 10am if you want your room cleaned which I found strange

Brilliant location - right in the heart of cafes and restaurants and tram stop
Pillows were all the same and too high for me and there was no choice. You may want a room that doesn’t face the street if you are a light sleeper.

Location
The room was not clean, I found hair on the chair, I had to clean the chair myself and sanitize it (a lot of dirt), the bathroom toilet looked like it hasnt been cleaned for a while. There are no amenities. The bed was very uncomfortable, they should change the mattress.

Location was good. Tram access about 50m from hotel. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Lovely bar area and friendly staff. The bath shower combination works well if your partner prefers bathing. Underfloor heating in the bathroom also a bonus.
Can get pretty noisy at night, you can hear the trams and people laughing and talking even through the double glazed windows, not unbearable but will bother you if you’re a light sleeper. Pillows are awful, square, spongy and very uncomfortable, no real alternatives available other than flatter more used ones. The hotel feels small but had surprisingly a lot of rooms. Poor cleaners cannot get to all the rooms in one day so they hope many won’t ask for rooms to be cleaned via the app. You have to request new towels and for your room to be cleaned via this app. The bare minimum is done when room is cleaned, basically bed and towels.
