The location of the hotel was perfect. The air conditioning in both rooms was individual, and they were perfect, which is good in Europe. The room was very clean and extremely efficient, but tiny in size.
We got the standard room. The bathroom was extremely tiny, so I could barely sit on the toilet, and it was hard for me to shower, as it was also tiny (I'm 5'11", 225 lbs). The bed is not meant for two people. There's only one way in and out of the bed, so one person has to roll over someone else to get out in the middle of the night. And for the price, we expected more of the room.

The location of the Hotel is TOP! you can literally walk everywhere.
There are lots of restaurants around

I chose this particular hotel chain because I had previously stayed at one of its hotels in Tel Aviv, so I booked this property without a second thought. Unfortunately, it was nothing like my experience at the hotel in Tel Aviv.
The room’s décor felt dated and somewhat odd, and the space would benefit from renovation.
Too expensive for a first-floor room with significant street noise (what made it even more disappointing was that I made online a room upgrade, only to be placed in a room on the first floor). The room had no minibar or fridge, and no complimentary toiletries were provided.
One night, we had to wait until after 1 a.m. before we could fall asleep because hotel staff were outside on the street unloading carts of towels. The noise was incredibly loud. At first, we thought it was coming from the room above, as if someone were banging on the floor, but we eventually realised that it was coming from outside through the window.

The staff were amazing. ....helpful, welcoming, good humoured.....exceptional. They answered all our questions, gave us ideas about what to see, always gave us their time and were generous in every respect.
The pillows in the bedroom were too big and deep. Otherwise all good.

Me & my daughter spent a long weekend in Amsterdam in the NYX hotel...it is beautifully decorated, bedroom was gorgeous, fab location plenty of shops cafes restaurants in the area.
No complaints from us.

Very cozy and inviting common areas. Bed was very comfortable. Room, clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything was very well put together.
We came when the temp was low 70 and low 60 at night so the lack of a/c was not an issue but it could be if it was hotter. The staff had a good fan running when we arrived which that was quite nice given we were on the top floor. we also had a balcony that was lovely and accessible from bedroom and bathroom.

The hotel is only a 20 minute walk into the centre.
The room was well decorated and modern.
Had plenty of storage room for everything.
There is a convenience shop on site (although very expensive but really handy).
You need to book room cleaning and towel change. When I booked 2nd clean and towel change it did not happen which was very frustrating (only booked the 2nd clean and requested new towels due to unexpected lady issue ).
Also, need more tea, sugar and only provide powdered creamer. Had to buy own milk and acquire extra sugar from McDonalds.
