Location is very convenient for different venues. Our room had excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious. Staff assisted us with getting a taxi, a simple item but was so essential
Mini refrigerator in both our rooms did not work, a real bummer for chilling our champagne. We had to extend our stay by one night and this really put a damper on the our last night’s stay. Our replacement room was the same cost but had little space, no balcony and once again the mini refrigerator didn’t work.

The hotel looked great; and since we were early, the staff took our bags, and we were able to relax on the outside patio until our reservation was ready. The patio was beautiful.
when our room was ready, we were really happy with the canal view and the room looked amazing.
the staff went above and beyond and left me a little happy birthday note and keychain when we didn't even mention it was my birthday.
very impressed with the hotel and staff and we would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone and will return the next time we are in Amsterdam.

The bathroom sink very very small, so another sink placed in room , but no light over it. This was double deluxe room

central great location, easy to walk to so many things. room faced the canal which was nice, was great having a balcony . Trams are just out side that can take you up to central station . Lots of choices for food restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Rooms updated and have updated bathrooms, comfy bed . Art Deco architecture over 100 yrs old, awning and street patio
room doors are fire doors and if not closing door yourself they do slam shut, I heard this many times. along with noise outside though was saturday night. these are minor cant control that. my real issue I had ants and room needed to be sprayed 4 times, feel this issue could of been handled far more professionally for the comfort of a guest.

How we treated, we stayed for one week and at the check out day our flight got a delay and i asked for a late check out and the lady on the counter refused our order to extend our stay for a few hours although the rooms are available, when my friend went after me and talked with the man on the desk he allowed him the late check out

Loved the balcony off our room looking toward the canal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central location. Great breakfast.
Poor overhead lighting in the room, but good bedside lighting with bonus usb plugs. Clothing storage furniture wasn’t what I would expect in this hotel.
