Paid extra for balcony which you couldn’t get access to. No fresh air in bedroom Breakfast stopped at 10am sharp on Easter Sunday, rubbery scrambled eggs, no fried or poached eggs. Best to eat breakfast locally, not good value.

The breakfast was ok except the hot food was never hot only warm at best.
We arrived on saturday afternoon 28th March and at 2 am on the Sunday morning we were awakened by an adjacent room playing loud music and a woman shouting and screeching. We heard one of your Reception Staff knocking loudly and asking them to stop which it did for a few minutes and then it started again and went on to 4 am until your staff again knocked and asked again for it to stop. The following night the same thing started at just after midnight and stopped at 2 pm. However at 7am the following morning the music and noise started again.

I chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location and proximity to my business area. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to experience the breakfast, as I couldn’t find the time during my stay.
The weather was a bit cold, and since the room had both a radiator and air conditioning, I found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. At times I felt quite cold, while at other times I woke up sweating.

Staff were very good indeed. Excellent location. Nice ambiance. Room service food.
Cost...very expensive! Room was a little dark. Noisy pipes/air con units outside? Only one small bottle of water daily. Anything else must be paid for. No fresh milk in the fridge. No hand and body lotion! Breakfast items quite limited and not restocked from 9.45.

Great location
The room takes a very long time to heat up and the thermostat doesn’t work, and the shower lacks any power the water comes out with no real pressure so takes longer to shower than normal
