Clean and well maintained.
I liked the aesthetic/architecture of the building, the restaurant and bar were comfortable and welcoming.

Staff were very good indeed.
Excellent location.
Nice ambiance.
Room service food.
Cost...very expensive!
Room was a little dark.
Noisy pipes/air con units outside?
Only one small bottle of water daily. Anything else must be paid for.
No fresh milk in the fridge.
No hand and body lotion!
Breakfast items quite limited and not restocked from 9.45.

It just wasn't as welcoming as I looked forward to. The staff I experienced were not as friendly. The best thing was a complimentary room upgrade

Great location
The room takes a very long time to heat up and the thermostat doesn’t work, and the shower lacks any power the water comes out with no real pressure so takes longer to shower than normal

Hotel location was perfect, everything to see was within 1-1.5km walk and plenty to do in the vicinity of the hotel too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The history of the hotel and it's breakfast dining room, was a bit special, and the hotel bar was nice and lively to come back to after a busy day/evening.
