There is a blonde guy in the reception was so rude , When we arrived he didn’t check and said you didn’t pay for all the 3 rooms so you have to pay then I said I already paid by a link I received it from the hotel and he said NO maybe you paid for booking.com ! Then I showed him the invoice and the hotel’s email to be clear but he didn’t be sorry about his attitude with me and with other guests

WiFi should be part of any room rate, not a separate charge that will only make people mad. People don’t like to be “nickeled and dimed”!
Secure WiFi is needed by all customers in this day and age.
Museums, Restaurants, tours etc. are all booked over our phones or other devices.
Not much could have been better. The one thing that made me nervous was how slippery the Shower floor was!
As someone approaching 80, falling is a concern,
So I would suggest looking into making the shower floors much less slippery. When one is all soaped up, it gets very slippery!! Your clientele are not youngsters, as your prices
Are more reasonable for folks in our age group.

Very close and walkable to museums. Good breakfast but expensive.
Room very small. Our cabin on a cruise ship is larger than this room.
No heat thermostat in room. Only air conditioning. Had to ask for a portable heater.

Didn't have it we ate out most of the time!
What really bothered us was the head of housekeeping walked in on us as we were getting ready to go out and did not apologize for the intrusion. Next time we will bring a separate lock for the door to prevent this happening again. Other than that we loved the hotel and the canal view was great ! Cheers

Great location, helpful front desk staff. We we're woken up before 8:30 AM by construction in the room next to us. After talking with the management, we were able to move to a different room. They were helpful in solving this problem to our satisfaction.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff truly made it perfect from start to finish. The hotel offers all the facilities we could possibly need and more.
Our bed was exceptionally comfortable (and wonderfully spacious!), and both the room décor and the overall style of the hotel exceeded our expectations.
We dined at the hotel on our first evening, and both the food and service were absolutely outstanding — a 10/10 experience. We booked a room overlooking the canal, which, in our opinion, offers the best views in the hotel.
We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely be returning in 2026. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.
