We ate in the restaurant and the food was poor, I found the hotel very austere, lacking comfort.
I quite like to check in with a real person, rather than a machine.

How we treated, we stayed for one week and at the check out day our flight got a delay and i asked for a late check out and the lady on the counter refused our order to extend our stay for a few hours although the rooms are available, when my friend went after me and talked with the man on the desk he allowed him the late check out

Loved the balcony off our room looking toward the canal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central location. Great breakfast.
Poor overhead lighting in the room, but good bedside lighting with bonus usb plugs. Clothing storage furniture wasn’t what I would expect in this hotel.
