Super nice staff-great location by Liedesplein-bar American has great drinks and ambiance- room was big-get a room with a balcony on the courtyard, super quiet!
needs higher quality breakfast.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with all the amenities of a 5 star classic hotel. Probably my favourite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve travelled a lot. The restaurants, bars and patios are all amazing. The staff were all fantastic.

Location is very convenient for different venues. Our room had excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious. Staff assisted us with getting a taxi, a simple item but was so essential
Mini refrigerator in both our rooms did not work, a real bummer for chilling our champagne. We had to extend our stay by one night and this really put a damper on the our last night’s stay. Our replacement room was the same cost but had little space, no balcony and once again the mini refrigerator didn’t work.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location was excellent and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was also brilliant. We will 100% be coming back.

On the plus side, the shower was large and comfortable. Bed was quite comfortable.
The hotel had its glory days many years ago. The breakfast was average, and the ingredients were of poor quality. The surroundings may look nice for breakfast, but they were dirty. Poor-quality toiletries.
