Very nice bathroom in the deluxe double room, with comfortable, heated floors, large shower, double sinks.
The TV was oddly positioned on the side of the bed, without the possibility to adjust it.

The property is totally different than the pictures. It was so dirty,bed was broken,nothing was working including tv. They dont offor even bottle of water. I checked out in 10 min from the house and did not stay at all. And they did not refund me. It was tge worse experience!!!!

We loved staying here! A quick 4 day trip to Amsterdam, and the location was perfect. You can walk everywhere. There are also canal cruises right out front of the entrance, great restaurants nearby if you don’t want to walk too far, and museums are close by. It was my friends birthday and I had mentioned it in one of my chats with their team when requesting restaurant suggestions, they left us a tiny bottle of champagne! That extra effort and thought meant a lot to us. You will hear the tram, but it lulled us to sleep. Ubers and taxis can also drop you off in front, some areas you can’t due to where the hotel is located, so this was a big win. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are spacious (we had the double twin), and they also have umbrellas you can rent which came in handy on our last day. Would stay here again 100%!

Excellent location, easy for walking all over. Great to have a balcony. Good choices at breakfast. Lots of options for eating at the hotel and in surrounding area. Air conditioning in the room very good.
I should have requested an extra pillow. A little noisy with trams but nothing major.
