Friendly and professional people at reception who dealt with check in and check out efficiently. The concierge always very jolly and polite as you pass, offering help. Restaurant great quality. Location very central. Easy for taxis to stop.

Lovely clean hotel. Great location
Awful service when organising a late booking out due to a medical necessity. No one seemed to know what to do and we got left hanging for a long time. Maybe more training? Other than this issue the staff were fantastic

Location is one of the best if not the best at the center of Amsterdam you can just walk to any of the attractions as they are really close.
