Inconvenience and lack of hospitality, it said check in from 15:00 the receptionist supposed to call us when the room ready so when if it’s not ready of the appropriate times they can also call us if it’s going to take few hours longer, mind you the weather we’re in pity patters rain to walk around the Amsterdam city that day , we were back at 16:00 room not ready and we still had to wait said need to be check for another 5 to 10 minutes no problem, we finally enter the room unfortunately the bathroom still smell as pouring pee that we need to spray enough parfum to get rid of it whenever we need to use it. We found Carlos at restaurant which pretty much a gem for hospitality

Location was great because there were so many trams that go to central station, which I needed to get to for visiting friends and relatives by rail to other parts of the country. Also its only a walk away from the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum. Facilities were excellent and I like the fact that they had full size umbrellas in the hotel lobby which you could hire with your credit card. I didn't avail myself of them because I'm always losing them and I would have lost my 20 euro deposit most certainly!
Wifi was intermittent and my devices didn't always remember the log in details, so I had to keep manually typing in the password to gain access. The gym could do with a few more machines
