WiFi should be part of any room rate, not a separate charge that will only make people mad. People don’t like to be “nickeled and dimed”! Secure WiFi is needed by all customers in this day and age. Museums, Restaurants, tours etc. are all booked over our phones or other devices.
Not much could have been better. The one thing that made me nervous was how slippery the Shower floor was! As someone approaching 80, falling is a concern, So I would suggest looking into making the shower floors much less slippery. When one is all soaped up, it gets very slippery!! Your clientele are not youngsters, as your prices Are more reasonable for folks in our age group.

The location is perfect and convenient. It's close to key sights and tram stations. The breakfast was good and room was comfortable, albeit a little smal but we didn't mindl. The check-in process was smooth.

Food very good. Moulay in kitchen staff was exceptional, in terms of attitude and helpfulness.

The clayton has perfect vacation .
Room is soo bad . There are no air no light no sunrise and small -high window. And we want to change room but nobody helped us . Add the price was soo high for this room.

It'a a very expensive but good up scale hotel.
This is a minor complaint. Outside, especially from the direction of Leidseplein the facade of the American Bar oozes luxury of foregone world. Inside it's a very good but rather ordinary hotel. For example the height of my suite was cut by some structure which also hid the towering glass painted windows (only visible from the street). The room was still very good but makes one wonder why the hotel is so coy with the building's splendor - which it is there, just hidden.
