The Clayton was fantastic. The facility itself was wonderful, full of history and a great location. Very central to everything you’d want to see. Van Gogh museum and Anne Frank’s house are within walking distance.

There is a blonde guy in the reception was so rude , When we arrived he didn’t check and said you didn’t pay for all the 3 rooms so you have to pay then I said I already paid by a link I received it from the hotel and he said NO maybe you paid for booking.com ! Then I showed him the invoice and the hotel’s email to be clear but he didn’t be sorry about his attitude with me and with other guests

Very small thing but the toilet roll holder could be positioned better as it was getting knocked into often.
